No. Unless you mean the armor of the Blades, which has some Akaviri influences. However, even then, low level Imperial armor in ESO looks the closest to Skyrim's Blades armor. There has never been outright "Akaviri Armor" in TES before ESO.

In oblivion there is a quest where you go into a fort that is occupied by akavri skeletons and ghosts. The skeletons all use katanas
No. Unless you mean the armor of the Blades, which has some Akaviri influences. However, even then, low level Imperial armor in ESO looks the closest to Skyrim's Blades armor. There has never been outright "Akaviri Armor" in TES before ESO.
