Hi. I've noticed that when i enter Cyrodiil on PS4 , my armor is capped at 9222, and I'm in full heavy Alessia Bulwark set, in other locations my armor is about 17k. I tried to remove couple of pieces of my gear, and my armor still was 9222.
Is it supposed to work like that?
Where can I find information on those hard caps?

Are you below vet 14? If so then your being battle lvled you can turn it off in settings.

Yeah its interesting. For me (vet 6) outside of Cyrodiil i have like unbuffed 15k resist, but the 9k in. The health of 30k makes up for it as I only have 15k health.

Im looking forward to vet 14 were my true power will be unleashed! Lol

    Now this is interesting...
At VR16, and without food or Cyro buffs, I'm only about 14k HP & 11k armour.
So in theory, I could more than double my health with a small reduction to armour whilst in Cyro...hmmm.
I've always had battle level turned off & didn't even see Cyro until VR12.
As a glass canon NB, Pve, such a huge HP boost would assist far more than a little armour does.
Wonder if I can go back to battle leveled lol.

I doubt you'll want that. Accepting the battle level goes far more then just health and Armor. Your stats are set to fixed values as well. This means things like your regeneration and weapon/spell damage will also be set to predefined amounts. Battle leveled characters only have one advantage: A ton of health. In every other stat, battle leveled characters will be far below what a focused build can output at VR14+

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.
