2. Offer a fair Token System, where you can choose the Equip you need, Problem solved.
3. Raise the Dropchance isnt very helpfull, not as much as the other two Options.
Many Players try to farm the first Bosses to get their Equip. But with that RNG and Dropchance they have to be very very lucky, to get a Set they really want. They work for this, they go farm and farm but it cant be, that only People who can go in 24/7 the Week, or the Lucky Ones, get the Equip.
Zos, if you want save Time till Orsinium arrives, so that the Players have something to do, there are many better Options to offer something Interesting. See my two Options above.
If you want to lose Players, or frustrate them, dont change anything. You have the choice, but dont say you are so sorry if the Ship is going down.
P.S: And pls, give us the damn Racechange, another good Example how frustrating Zos can act, for the Players.

Bind-on-pickup is idiotic, pure and simple. It places people at the mercy of the RNG with zero recourse.
If you don't want a trade free-for-all, at least introduce a compromise: bind-on-departure. You can trade items in-person (not via mail) with the people currently with you in that dungeon instance, until you depart from that dungeon instance. This would at least relieve the problem of the tank getting the light monster helm while the healer gets the heavy one, or partially alleviate the problem of me having gotten multiple copies of the Scathing boots while never having gotten any of the other pieces from that set.

I agree for the most part, but Race Change should never ever be a thing. Or at least, if it ever did happen it was a 1 time non reversible option.
It would really be nice if @zos would give an update to increased loot drops from these dungeons.
I have spent 2 weeks with multiple runs daily to farm the gear sets that drop from these dungeons. The problem I am having is the drop rate is so incredibly low, that farming these dungeons has become all my game time has been devoted to. When did this become Elder Scrolls Grind Until Your Eyes Bleed? I understand that there should be some sort of grind being new content and what not... but this is absurd.
Trials has become obsolete, and I feel like I should just make a long term PvP set with easier to get gear and just PvP. The new PvE content is dying rapidly as well as a lot of the player base (from my perspective). Old PvE content can only be ran so many times before it gets old as well.
Anyone else have thoughts regarding the state of the game and gear drops being almost impossible to get?
