✭Are you on console? Likely Double Take a morph of Blur, combined with Hasty Reteat, a bow passive. If you on PC it's still likely those skills, but since they no longer stack players just do one, let the buff run out, and then do the other.
There are also movement increasing pots.0 -

Steed: +5% movement speed
Windrunning (120pt CP): +2% movespeed, +10% regen while sprinting
Orc Swift Warrior: +15% Sprint Speed, +4% melee damage
Athletics (7pcs): +28% Sprint Speed, -28% Dodge Cost
Rapid Manuvers: +40% movement speed, snare and root immunity
1.6 Hasty Retreat: +30% movement speed.
For extra hilarity, add in Quick Serpent or Vicious Ophidian for extra 75% movespeed on kill or Fyjord's Legacy for +15% movespeed constant.Dean the Cat

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.

You'll burn all your stamina within 10 seconds if you actually tried to use all these bonuses, not to mention having to sacrifice all your set bonuses just to get more movement speed. And Fyjord's Legacy is a level 22 set. Try wearing it in vet Cyrodiil.

Problem with that is that it takes time to build up the momentum needed to get that speed (RM cast + dodge + kill) will take at least 2-3 seconds, so although it's great for trolling and on paper, in practice? Not so much.

Should have been around in the old days when Dark Stalker stacked with Night's Silence and concealed weapon and steed mundus... I used to be in stealth and run down people on their horses from behind to gank them. Was so much fun.The only substitute for victory is overkill.2
