Yes, Molag Kena. Amongst others. Some of these sets were already pretty appealing and many got buffed.

That being said, I do appreciate the effort into trying to make itemization better and more rewarding. You are not quite there yet.
- Our issue with jewelry is not that the IC sets aren't strong enough. Rather they are boring and do not allow us to combine very many armor sets
- The shieldbreaker set is a clumsy "placeholder" set until you figure out what to do with shields. It does seem to excessively punish those who did not abuse shields stacking (I would say the same for your block-cast and dodge-roll changes)
- The game would be better if similar effort was made to older sets
I also very much appreciate that shield users can no longer simply ignore some procs that non shield users had to suffer. DoTs and abilities like quick siphon and destructive touch would also like to effect damage shields users.

This ultimately becomes my issue with crafted armor in general, too. People were upset that Black Rose embodied a contradiction in design (take away stamina regen while blocking for all, but still let it happen in essence through pay-gated DLC content), so they reconfigured it to buff a similar Heavy Armor passive and damage. Could the number be higher? Sure. But BR set wasn't necessary to tank anyways in 2.1. This changes the set's role in builds in a good way that is more consistent with the change to stamina regen. I will definitely look into running this set on my NB tank since it provides extra resources and damage now.

V16 and now 50% stronger still.
Everybody was complaining that these sets just made build diversity worse and forced them down a route of a templated 2 Undaunted, 5 set piece armor, 3 mini jewellery set kind of setup...
So what do they do? Make the jewellery even more essential by giving it a 50% buff.
Only jewellery crafting can save us now!

Cloak is just now being to where it should have been at launch.
Black Rose set is the answer for Heavy Armor wearers apparently. Really like lots of the itemization changes, especially the huge list of 5pc bonuses now working against damage shields.

There is no point, if you look at the math. Just go back to Hist Bark. Black Rose is garbage now.
