    DK's and Templars are screwed in this patch. NB and Sorcs are going to own.

    Uuugh. Why are you continuing to force us to use boring 3 piece jewelry sets that in turn reduce he number of viable builds?

    These jewelry sets are the most boring and nonimaginative sets I have seen and they are literally a must have set now.

    Basically, any set that uses weapons/jewelry and are not JUST armor (aka the new IC sets) are not going to be used.

    Your focus on forcing us to buy the dlc is ruining the game for players who would buy the dlc regardless...

    • Increased the bonuses granted by the Endurance, Willpower, and Agility sets by 50%.

    Now best-in-slot. Boring and unoriginal, especially the RNG grind required to get these.
    • Molag Kena: Decreased this item set’s bonus Weapon Damage and Spell Damage by 25%.

    0.75*625 = 468.75. Still the best (most reliable) monster set. Obtained via an RNG grind. =(
    • Added a selection of useful potions, food, and drink to the Siege vendors in Cyrodiil.
      • These items can only be purchased with Alliance Points.
      • Though better than the consumables found from monsters, vendors, and treasure chests elsewhere in the game, they are still inferior to consumables crafted by other player characters.
    • Updated the Rewards for the Worthy so the set items in those mails will now only come in blue or purple qualities.
      • Note: The overall chance to get a set item has not changed, but the chance to get a blue or a purple has each increased.
    • The Rewards for the Worthy set items are now all Bind on Equip.

      Zos you spoil me B) The only set i was looking forward to and you buff it! I can't wait for Morang Tong/Sheer Venom Combo with Steel Tornado (not sure if steel tornado count's as an execute though).

      Also opening up on people with poison injection with master bow! I can't wait :)

      So awesome to see Heavy armor not getting the fix it desperately needs, whelp good to know ZoS has their priorities straight since they killed tanking for the most part. I guess this MMO should just cast off the tank style of playing.

      We took a look, and this should actually be fixed on the PTS. We mistakenly forgot the patch note, but once we go live with this update, it will read:

      Pretty sure next patch they are removing heavy armor and getting rid of the need for tanks. And they are going to remove the DK since they refuse to do anything but nerf it.

      You should probably do some testing to make sure Morag actually buffs Sheer Venom, since apparently the Thaumaturge constellation doesn't buff poison damage from armor sets. Unfortunately, you cannot have 5pc Sheer and 5pc Morag while using bow though :(

      Havent logged in for like a month or two now.... and based on ZOS decisions on gameplay and mechanics, and lack of attention to player input, i probably wont be logging in for another few months. Get new devs who understand this games meta... please.

        Pretty sure this it it for ESO for me. Got less time now anyway, and the gear grind is going to be real, not to mention PvP becoming even more simplistic, zergier and in turn a boring waste of time. I will wait and see, but from what I've read so far... We will see. Patch notes and PTS are one thing, the live server is quite another.

        And just to do it all over again in a 3-4 months for Orsinium, yay! More new currencies, more layers of RNG grinds and contrived gear imbalance!

        You should probably do some testing to make sure Morag actually buffs Sheer Venom, since apparently the Thaumaturge constellation doesn't buff poison damage from armor sets. Unfortunately, you cannot have 5pc Sheer and 5pc Morag while using bow though :(

        I was hoping once i used Poison Arrow and switched over to my Morang Tong Dagger's, that the DoT will get the damage increase. At least Poison Arrow will benefit from Sheer Venom.

        I won't really care about buffing Thaumaturge, i'll just go full into physical damage. I just hope Steel Tornado count's as an execute and proc's sheer venom. Tool tip's don't classify skill's as execute's so i have no clue if it will work.

        If the two set's don't work out the way i want, i'll probably just use Valkyn Skoria with Sheer Venom. Then use the Morang Tong Dagger's for the 2 set effect.

        What about making detect potions, AOE's, Dots, Curses and all else that cancels out cloak also cancel Bolt Escape, Damage Shields, Self-Heals and Charges.

        Oh wait I forgot, Cloak is OP because people refuse to put one of the many counters onto the bar. My mistake.

        Give all else insane many counters to all other mobility / utility effects, and we can talk about giving cloaks more penalties. Until then, absolutely not, for you will leave the NB with nothing in defense besides RNGesus, and as all MMO' players know, RNGesus is a damned ***.

        So made NB cloak even more OP and still no changes to heavy armor with U7 going live monday. Have you guys atleast changed the access to the city and reduced the number of mats needed for crafted VR16 gear?

        Cloak needs to work, like any other skill it needs to function.

        If they choose to do so they can increase the cost or make it cost more per use.

        Point is it needs to function without error before they can consider balancing it (which is a subject of its own if its balanced or not)

        I sure as hell wouldn't wanna use bolt escape if 50% of the time it flat out didnt work and still took the magicka.

        I could be mistaken but I think the buff is granted, but it isn't granted 100% of the time! Check wep dmg -> light attack something -> apply igneous shield -> check weapon damage.

        I believe the buff only applies while gaining ultimate. Whether that is intended or not is up to them.

        any idea if the crew plan one last Stam sorc buff as they said will probably happen? we dont need details atm just confirmation or not is enough for me, just feels like a false promise atm being left in the dark.
