Yes, I do. Why? Because I know how much servers cost to run. I know how much good devs and artists make in salary. And I want to support that. I want to support ZOS' coding efforts to improve the game, artists to create new designs and environments, writers to develop more story and background. That's worth $15 to me.
I can spend $15 on a good quality pizza that we'll enjoy for like... maybe 20-30 minutes? Yet I can pay $15 an enjoy the game the entire month. Why wouldn't I? I dunno. I find it odd that people will go to Starbucks and spend $5 on a coffee and shrug at the price, but when asked to pay $15 a month for a game suddenly go "WHOA, WHOA, WHOA... you want me to what, now?"

Right now after all these months I think there should be 12 character slots for plus members. That could end up making more money in long run for them because a LOT of players will sub just for that reason.
But who am I? LOL when the game was announced going B2P with a crown store and how PC/MAC players were treated during that time, they forgot about us and concentrated on consoles. During that time I was screaming loyal players should get lifetime subs. But now the more time I think about it 12 character slots would be fair and acceptable to all party's.
I think extra slots make sense as crown store purchases but character slots for a sub don't make sense as those characters would become locked if an account ran into a renewal problem.
Also being a PC beta tester and playing on PC at release and then moving to Xbox while continuing on PTS for PC , the PC group needs to be real. It's not all about any one group. There is no favoritism going on and no one is left out.
For the most part we are all playing the same game.
Development delays and set back influenced all groups.
You are kidding right? Sorry we are not all playing the same game. Going from PC to Consoles you should know that more than anyone else. But I won't get into argument with you over it, just amazes me when people like you make statements like this.
1. SWTOR republic does this but they take it to extremes but you can also purchase the extra slots from store to activate those characters.
2. Again too much xp ruins the games, been proven in games like SWTOR and LOTRO. It isn't always (or shouldn't be) about getting to end game. A lot of people just enjoy the journey.
3. With more layoffs hitting ZoS they are going to be forced to do something soon because after all it is all about money if you want the game to expand and flourish!
4. People on these forums that think just the box dollars will keep the game alive are foolish and have no idea how MMORPG's work!
as a subbed member i dont expect to be handed godly power but 1200 crowns a month and an xp buff doesnt really show gratitude for my support. as a member you should be apart from the herd a bit more. at least send me a fricken coffee mug or a key chain, things that make a whirring noise work too.
seriously though, id be happy with more crowns/month

Then why? Why continue?

In addition to all the other advantages spoken about in previous discussions; if you do not see anything in the Crown Store you like, simply hold on to your crowns until you do in future.
But then u still pay 15 dollars for a month of not much return... I think at the very least, Xp should be increased... This won't break the game, and is easy to implement
Exactly, they're perfect for that. And when costumes do come along that we like we have Crowns there already. Plus we've had all the other benefits ongoing for as long as ones' been a subscriber.Rev Rielle wrote: »Yes I do. The balance/rewards right I think strike a good balance.

Haha, I think I will be holding on to them for a while then, all I want is some nice costumes and DLC.

I'm only subbed to give ZOS money so they can make more stuff
- 10% Public Crown Store discount: This would entice players to buy more as subscribers!
- Ownership of DLC as Loyalty Bonuses over time If DLC pack 1 costs $45 require players be subscribed for a TOTAL of 4 non-consecutive months to own this DLC. If DLC pack 2 costs $30, require players be subscribed for an additional 3 months (7) to own this DLC. The total cost of the months subscribed should be MORE than the cost of the DLC. Players shouldn't lose access to these owned DLC if they unsubscribe.
- Able to join up to 10 Guilds Players who subscribe should be able to join more guilds than those who do not. The additional guilds should be under the "subscriber guilds" and should be clear as to which the player will loose access to if they unsubscribe.
- +4 Additional Character slots Players should have access to an additional 4 character slots, which they loose access to if they unsubscribe.
- Priority queuing when entering game and zoning: Subscribers should be at the front of the line to get into the game and to move from one area to another.
- Access to a subscriber-exclusive area of the Crown Store. In a special subscriber-only area of the crown store players will still have to buy items with Crowns but the 10% Subscriber discount should NOT apply to these items. ALL players should be able to view the Subscriber Crown Store, but only Subscribers should be able to buy from it. Additionally, this could include the following 3 features.
- 1 month early access to all Costumes and Mounts: Giving a month's early access to Costumes and Mounts will do a lot to make subscriptions desirable. Subscribers who buy these items early will not get the 10% crown store discount.
- 5 day early access to all DLC expansions: Giving 5 days early access will entice players who feel like they must play the newest content right away won't be able to resist subscribing!
- Ability to purchase the Pledge of Mara: Only in the Subscriber Crown Store should the Pledge of Mara be able to be purchased.
- Monthly Subscriber Treasure Maps: Each month, Subscribers should get at least 1 map (1 in each faction would be nice) that leads players to treasures. These treasures could include special subscriber items.
