It is stacking with the battle spirit buff..... there was a guy running around taking 0 damage in mist form and shortly after leaving it. I have videos of it happening in IC but I'm too lazy to edit the video and won't post it unedited due to they would probably remove it for naming and shaming even though I am not shaming
Does this mean that battle spirit actually works as mitigation on incoming damage? That is a smart one, considering everything is additive in this game...
NB: Why not reduce outgoing by 50% and calculate incoming mitigation based on the reduced outgoing (so you can't get to 100%)?

Might have been me
I wanted to know if you really don't take damage from any skill or if skills that do increased damage against me would still hit. But dawnbreaker, fire attacks from players / bosses or jabs, nothing could damage me
Honestly at this point I'm doubting whether they actually test every change they make. PTS is becoming hard to test due to all of these mathematical errors.
But I want to play a good game so I'll continue to report.

They do not test anything at all as you can see in their patchnotes is always stuff that apparently is"Fixed" then you go into game and voila aint fixed yet
Why not reduce outgoing by 50%
Oi, just now saw that reply to my post...Why not reduce outgoing by 50%
Imperial City PvE would be more greatly affected than just the jump from -15% healing received to -50% healing received.
No one has their damage done reduced in Imperial City.
Everyone has their damage received reduced in Imperial City.
This is because of how PvE functions in Cyrodiil & Imperial City.

Hello @ZOS, is there any word on this bug and a resolution yet? We were running in Azura last night and there was an entire guild using this bug. Nothing like running into a group and doing 0 damage to them..... This needs a hotfix. Please do not wait for an update to fix this. There really is no point logging into Cyrodil at all if people can be invulnerable.....

Please wait patiently, it will be fixed in Update 8 along with the release of Wrothgar.

Its the devs tribute to Blinxy, the all elusive haxxor!
