Is the only way to get these two sets in the title from PvP? Is there some other way to get them or do I have to sit through PvP battles.

I am more of a PvE person myself, and if PvP is the only viable way to get these sets, its a little disappointed because I frankly don't want to bother with Cyrodiil until the Imperial City comes out, and even then I am a bit skeptical.

They are bind-on-equip, so you can buy them from vendors and those who PvP.

I have looked for them to no avail, and the guild trader system is kind awful so searching for them is greatly headache inducing, and sadly I think my 329 gold would not get me far in that regard :P

Simply join one of the populated veteran campaigns and ask if any players are interested in selling AP. The way that works is they use their AP to buy you the item you want from the PvP vendor, then you pay them gold for that item.

No need to get AP yourself..... No need to get out of PVE !!!

All the big trading guiolds sell them for money (before they are bound)

Belkarth in Craglorn is the right spot to find a handfull of these guilds

Stealing is probably the most lucrative and entertaining way of making gold + leveling your Ledgerdemain skill line at the same time. Make sure you read up on methods to get away from guards (esp inside buildings) for your class.

if by 209 you mean k then your in luck...

There are cheaper +weapon damage options if thats what you are after.

other wise.. wait for the V16 gear? .. in fact.. I'd wait and just earn gold in the mean time..

    - Forage raw materials in Craglorn, sell the raw materials or refine and sell the resins and wood
    - Get the master merchant addon
    - Join a trading guild

The price should drop over the next few months for v14 gear or you may well find better options come IC release

No, I mean 209 gold, like I have 209 gold chips jingling around my bag as I get tossed back and forth between enemy players and stunlocked by bolt escapes.

I hope you like farming, because those two sets are extremely expensive. I'm talking 500-600k gold for a 5pc set of Ravager, and round 600-700k gold for a 4pc set of Morag Tong. Prices will most likely drop in 1.7, due to the increased VR, but it will still cost you a lot of gold.

PvP is quite fun really, though it does rather have quite a steep learning curve. Once you are good at it though, AP will come in hand-over-fist. It even makes quite a good bit of gold, if you sell your AP. The current (EU) conversion rate is 1gold = 2AP. Also, these sets will be included into the loot tables for Rewards of the Worthy mail come next patch, so that's another (soon to be) viable way to obtain the sets.

This one hails from far Singapore, excuse this one for his high pings. He also apologizes for any formatting/spelling errors, as he tends to answer using a mobile device.

Insanity is the price of Knowledge. Herma-Mora and Sheogorath, this one bows before thee.

This one does not advocate for any class to be nerfed. There are far deeper underlying issues then a simple "Class Imbalance". The Champion System is the problem. Not classes.

Please read this before creating yet another nerf thread.

I am just having an issue coming to terms with the unbalanced nature of ESO PvP and the fact that I cna somehow get 2 shot before I even draw my weapon.

And the fact that Sorcs seem to be gods with the ability to escape any situation and blow a person up who is running for dear life.

Radiant Magelight will stop the two shots, along with a few bits of Nirnhoned. That in addition to situational awareness, really. I wrote a guide for new players on how to survive in Cyrodiil, maybe you would like to give that a look? Link is in my signature.

If you have only 209g you really need to start working on farming equipment to sell, and making staves and battleaxes to sell to NPC vendors to make money.
Ravagers and Morag Tong sets are two of the most expensive in the game. One piece of Ravagers jewelery goes for like 85k. It's crazy.

It is your best bet to do some research on some of the external sites on what the current sets are and hopefully soon they will release what the 23 new sets are going to be. Research those as well and determine what you want your character to be able to do and what boosts they need.

In the meantime, keep farming and shove all your money in your bank except for the tiny bit you need to repair your armor with.
Far too many characters to list any more.

They are fixing the nirnhoned trait with IC. So enjoy it while you can

Honestly, do not waste your time and money right now. IC is due out in 5 weeks and those sets may become obsolete. They have stated that there are 23 sets being added and 3 of those will be crafted. We do not know what thy are called yet or what bonuses are on them. I would hate to see you waste time and money grinding those sets just to have to replace them.

But, if you want to know how to obtain them. Ravager has to be purchased from a vendor in PvP. Each piece is about 250k of AP which takes a long time to get. The rings are the most expensive at about 125k gold each with the rest of the pieces below 80k each. Shop around and do a search for them as most of the bigger trade guilds sell the pieces. Morag Tong is a different story. You have to have 6,400 AP to buy a blue pvp "RNG bag" from a pvp vendor. The item inside could be what you want or some junk blue item. For the daggers you would want to one-handed weapon bags and the medium pieces you would want the small bag for the gloves, boots and belt. A large bag for the head and the jewelry bag for the neck piece. It is completely random what piece you get and like I said it could be nothing but junk. Best grinding gold to get the exact item you want.
