Disorients

is there a list of moves that cause disorient/off balance/stun/root/immobilize? im mostly looking for a move i can use for stunning then when they have cc immunity use a root or immobilize/disorient of some kind. it seems like stamina is everything and if you can control the enemies stam it makes them easier to kill. andyway back to the question, is their a list of disorients/roots?

Somehow, I find you asking about disorients to be amusing, considering your username. In any case, disorient is considered hard CC, so it won't work on someone with CC immunity. Disorients however, bypass block.

Disorients:
Destruction Staff -> Destructive Touch (Shock)
Dragonknight -> Petrify
Templar -> Spear Shards
Sorcerer -> Rune Prison
Nightblade -> Agony

Roots:
Destruction Staff -> Destructive Touch (Frost)
Bow -> Bombard
Dragonknight -> Talons
Dragonknight -> Fossilize (Morph of Petrify)
Sorcerer -> Encase
Nightblade -> Crippling Grasp (Morph of Cripple)
Fighter's Guild -> Trap Beast

ha..i didnt even notice that. anyway i thought rune prison wasnt a hard cc...thought it was like agony/cripple. anyway do templars have a root? or anything you can use while an enemy is in CC immunity? thanks

Templars and Roots... You can go petition ZoS for a root for templars

You'll have to use weapon based roots as a Templar.
