I'm getting an unable to connect to game server, I'm also in the ren-dro caverns in reapers march. I'm on the xbox one na server. And my internet connection is good.

dlepi24✭✭✭✭@ZOS_JessicaFolsom , I was running a non-vet dungeon and when I was trying to leave through the door I'd get a loading screen and then into the ESO main error screen which stated something along the lines of "server connection couldn't be established" or something like that. Tried a few more times and each time as I tried to leave the door I'd get the same thing. However, once I opened up my map and paid to travel by wayshrine somewhere else it worked just fine and haven't had another issue in the open world.0 -

MorgonSoul ShrivenUpdate: I was finally able to log into my character in Deshaan. I do not know if this was related to me creating a new character (since other people seem to continue to have issues), or simply coincidence.

madchuska83✭✭✭✭✭Also on Xbox ONE North America megaserver. I'm able to make it to the character loading screen. Once I select a character I go through a minute or so of it trying to load the character, then I get booted to the main ESO screen with the "Unable to connect to game server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection." message.0 -
Yeah it's not just in reapers marsh, it's essentially every zone. I have two characters both experiencing this at almost every loading screen.0

Anasatsudo✭✭US servers, character interactions stop working, chat server is fine. It's happening to everyone in guild that is on. Eventually the game goes to a server timeout and crashes to login screen.
I am in the market for another job if you guys need a network tech / admin? I'm not exactly cheap though...0 -
