I suggest people still with this problem to take a picture of or elder scrolls game management showing the dlcs and send it to the emails your getting responses from eso show you have ownership to the dlc and hope this speeds up the processes

I finally got everything i was owed! Once you reply to the email about proof of purchase it will be added a few hours afterwards!

Gamestop gave me a new code they had laying around. Put the code in and received my upgrade. I bought my game copy from gamestop originally though. I received that same email above though but lucked up.

I just received word that my explorers pack was added to my game along with 20000 gold compensation.

If you reply to the proof of purchase email you should get what your entitled to. Hope this helps.

I got all my entitlements for imperial edition and explorers pack after giving proof of purchase. I didn't get any compensation though, despite complaining since launch day. Must not have been angry enough!?

So I didnt know that the explorer maps were tied to your first character made and not to your account. I made my first character on the wrong faction so I deleted him and made a new character. That was a while back and I still cant figure out the steps I need to take to get them back.

ZOS needs to be shutdown, and this game needs to be turned over to modders who know how to fix and improve Elder Scrolls games.

Any word yet? I didn't pre-order but when I bought the game a couple days ago it said the explorer's pack was included on the case. I didn't see any redeem codes inside. Or mail in game. Has anyone figured it out yet? Everwhere I look it just says ongoing investigation and such.

Not only did i not receive mh crowns this month but i also an unable to get dlc. Also i noticed it gave the option of buying eso plus but i checked character and the eso plus perk is still on. Please let me know if theres something i can do to fix problems. Thank you.

I've been waiting for this forever. At this point, I would just like the cost given to me in crowns. I wanted to have a mount on day one, but had to earn the 10K (which in the early part of the game takes f'ing forever), and I also wanted access to to Imperial race and the Pledge of Mara. It's nearly the price of the Imperial City DLC and if you add in the 500 crowns I already have, I would be able to play the new content.
