Not receiving content from Imperial Edition or Explorer's Pack

    Now, I can play the game and I do have access to the Imperial DLC, making an Imperial Character, The White Horse, The Mudcrab, and I'm sure everything else with the Imperial edition. However, I do not have access to the explorer's pack that is installed on my Xbox One that came with my 100$ purchase.

    Now, I'm not going to begin to start listing how upset I am or how badly the launch of this game, second launch mind you, has been totally jacked up... Either way you know we, your customers, are pretty pissed off about not getting what we paid for. Please do your best to fix this major issue ASAP. You wouldn't sell a water bottle with a quarter of the water missing would you? Anytime you promise content for a purchase, that's what your consumers should get. I, along with many others apparently, have not received what we paid for. You must know by now, but I'll say it anyways. This needs to be fixed now.

    Those who did the Xbox One license transfer, you can't get mad or upset for not getting the content. You didn't actually buy the game, thus it isn't even yours. It could be worse, you could be like me. I actually spent the 100$ today, (June 9, 2015, technically yesterday as I'm writing this), and I don't have some of what I paid for.
    Just bear in mind with license transfering, you never end up owning two copies of a game, you only bought one that is being shared between two consoles, not accounts. There's bound to be issues, and those are directly your fault for not purchasing the game in question.

    Okay, silly question regarding the Explorer pack - you DID check your in-game mail, didn't you? The only reason I ask is that I ended up stumbling across it while running through the menus. The same with my 'racial motifs' pack (which I was convinced I didn't have until I found they'd been added to my inventory).

    You cant check your 'mail' until you create a character, If you can't create any race under any faction then your pack isn't working. Plain and simple.
    Fortunately for me my explorer pack is working, But error 318 keeps kicking me out.

    same here on ps4 , no imperial edition perks and i bought crowns which dont show up eitherr??
    i have spent over 130 euro now and i cannot even play with a horse or my friends???? seriously not happy

    I am also having the problem on PS4 no imperial edition or explore's pack I gone above and beyond to get in contact to with these guys been in contact with Sony they confirmed I got the DLC's so then I took to the phone and was on hold for 2 hours trying to contact ESO now just sent my 4th or 5th email

    i think most of the issues come because i made an account before i linked my xbox to it did many others have the account first or did they do it through the xbox, i have also been in contact with microsoft and they said to contact elderscrolls,

    only problem with this is that i have to uninstall all of the content and download thre content he also suggested making another elder scrolls account but as the xbox is linked i cannot do this and no representitive has got back with me about unlinking the xbox and making it on a new account.

    i think i will just get a full refund and forget the game as at the moment its been nearly 3 days since my first email and im getting more and more annoyed. i wont play the game until it is resolved as i dont want to redo everything again.

    I did also call Xbox support which is a lot easier to get thru too but they are no help since they can't figure this out and say contact zenimax for help.

    that would be too easy lol. and plus down the road this bug might make something else bug so it would be better to fix it now then wait.

    Too easy yeah maybe and true the big isn't fixed. But the easiest way to fix all of this is to take off the account lock and there won't be a bug at all. But in all reality this is too easy and not an option.

    Spent 100$ on the digital copy for xbox one, and imperial edition bonus is working but my Explorer's pack is not working Please fix it, I tried everything deleting reinstalling even moving it to another hard drive.

    I'm after two phone calls with Sony over the course of 24 hours and E-mailed ESO support and no one can tell me why I'm having the issue.

    I brought the 80 euro Imperial Edition along with two other friends from the Sony Store. We went to play the game yesterday and same issue as everyone here nearly. It seems I only received the base game with none of the pre order exclusives and Imperial Edition content.

    I have to admit I'm extremely disappointed with this, having taken Friday off work as a holiday to play this all weekend its off to a very bad start.

    Can you guys please hurry and fix this. I know I sound childish but I'm very disjointed with the lunch of this game so far.

    I had friends asking me was ESO worth getting as they saw me playing it and all I wanted to do was tell them buy it so we could play together but couldn't cause as it stands I got screwed for preordering the game and buying the more expensive version.

    So if the dlc is not sharable then but if you have ESO plus then it still should work? I've paid for 30 days and have nothing to show for it....I'm crying on the inside help meee

    Just got off phone with zenimax 3+he hold customer service guy cool as hell was very helpful with all questions... Was told to just play the game let them fix and we will get our stuff so if your waiting on the dlc to start it isn't worth it we are able to transfer stuff between 8 characters per account.

    Bought the digital imperial edition and i am sharing license with my friend on xbox one. I am able to access the DLC but my friend isn't... Will there be a fix for this because every other game i own works the same way it works for my friend in every way...

    I seemed to have received everything from the Explorer's pack except the treasure maps. They weren't attached to the in-game email.

    Hi i cant use the Explorer pack or imperial pack as well there both downloaded and i tryed deleting both and reinstalling them but still no luck

    Have logged in and rechecked. I DO have the DLC from both sources, so apparently no code was needed for the ExP.

    My preorder XB1 had a scan/code card for the Imperial content, but nothing for the ExP. Gamestop rep gave me Bethesda's # 301-926-8300, telling me they (Bethesda) are aware of preorders missing ExP codes and would respond. Not that it helps me, being as I'm one of the many who can't see/hear a quest giving NPC.

    I did however get the maps (I believe it was though the ES mail) I was pretty drunk by the time (8hrs+) it was done updating where I could create my character.
