So . . . Basically you want Elder Scrolls Online: Solo?
I rather think this game is solo enough and needs more group stuff please. It's not Elder Scrolls VI.

They could actually have good group content you know. PVP Players just don't give them a chance, because all they suggest is more PVP Balances, nerfs and content.
I apologise, I didn't state in my post that I'm no fan of PVP. It's not greatly my thing. But I do find the PvP in this game kind of fun. It's fun wandering around Cyrodiil with constant threat of meeting enemy players.
The last couple of weeks I've been joining in with sieges and groups and it's making me want to do more. Find a group and try it. You might actually grow to like it. I certainly am.

Im not asking for a the zone to be converted, im asking for an instance of the zone where people can go to the delves and dolmens and skyshards without having to run an hour to each only to get ganked when they get there.

Otherwise you have my vote, I used to want to build a toon for pvp and go try it out, changes to pve because of pvp in the last year have killed any desire I had at all to even try it. Not to mention the requested nerfs week after week....from pvp players.

Would love to see Cyrodiil fixed and expanded upon in its current incarnation. Highly approve of the idea of increase the amount of quests in Cyrodiil, so long as they are implemented in Cyrodiil as it exists now.
Have no desire to move to a pure PvE campaign though -- defending myself from ganks has been some of the most exciting content in the game thus far. Playing in a pure PvE version of Cyrodiil would cheapen the experience and the war-oriented story behind the game.
PvE in Cyrodiil is currently the most enjoyable experience in the game to me; changing the campaign to remove any incidence of PvP would turn it into a vast empty snore fest though.
