AP should grant Champion Points. Hear me out.

    PvP quests need their EXP upped
    PvP Objectives need to have their EXP upped
    PvP Kills need to have their EXP upped

    I also think that normal PvE stuff, like doing a regular dungeon clear and the 1 time daily quest for it should also be increased. I really hate grinding in Crag and I'd much rather be in Cyrodiil doing what I enjoy about this game. I have a bad feeling that this is going to burn me out of the game when I have to spend 10x as much time grinding in PvE to keep up with 1-2 CP a day.

    Me and 1 friend can PvE grind for 10k XP/ minute.

    There's a place where we run an AoE grind route that nets us 80k in 8 minutes, and this is without enlightenment, and no Mara rings.

    Thats 1 CP in 40 minutes, add some loading screens and repairs and lets call it an hour.
    In theory giving us 10 CP in 10 hours, however I would kill myself rather than do that *** for 10 hours.

    Ontopic: I too would like PvP xp uped in some manner, Sypher I think you have a good idea, im not sure 50k AP should grant 1 point though, 50k can be pretty damn fast at times.

    50k really isnt much considering some of us make millions in a campaign

    but the xp is just so *** its unreal this adjustment better be in the monday hotfixx

    but that would be expecting zos to do something competent or just something in general for their pvp players lol

    Sorry. Gaining 2 forms of advancement per kill. I disagree. Should be less CP xp like it is. In fact, should only get Alliance experience while doing PvP IMO.

    The reason why they don't release any new content for PvP is the PvP development team are too busy listening and adjusting things based on the current whinings on the forum and can't work on new stuff.

    So instead of Imperial City, you get new skills and passives with the intent of countering zerg blobs etc. So you are getting new content.

    Alliance levels also grant skill points. With the in theory removal of Vet levels, PvP experience would be the only way to gain both simulatneously. So once again... no.

    I haven't read all the comments, cuz I has the lazy, but I agree with Sypher that we should get CP from AP gain.

    I do not do PvE, I left Cyrodill three times since 1.6 to try my hand at pick pocketing.

    I've pretty much given up any hope of making any CPs at this rate.

    This can't work because the AP reward system in general is extremely broken for defenses. It pools up everyones AP from the defense and then it's supposed to split it but you can make it not split. It's also possible to gain AP while AFK and that is definitely not something that should happen.

    I don't think that basing it on AP or XP is a smart move at all. I've killed someone (Solo) just shortly after logging in and it gave me diminished returns 8xp. In addition, a keep defense/offense regardless of it's epicness will only net you about 477xp or around there. That's just a little bit over the gain from killing one VR scamp.

    Ultimately, what I would like is an achievement/feat system that grants champion point progress in all the different realms of the game whether it be PvP, Dungeoning, VR questing, crafting, collecting and trials etc. Kill 100 Nightblades progresses you towards your next champion point or something along that line. It's the only way ZOS will be able to control and balance the accrual rate for all the realms of gameplay. Placing CP gain strictly off of xp earned is a lazy system that allowed them to be non-committal with their development.

    The kind of creative system I had suggested where achievements from end-game content or playstyle earn you Champion Points is what we should have been delivered. Instead, we got this and a couple new pets, mounts and costumes.
