    So, where is my mask? This date of 02/26/15 contradicts your official published incentive program literature!!

    In the rest of the non-gaming world, I don't think you get to RETROACTIVELY change your "eligibility criteria".

Most likely they have them to people who actually played for 9 months first. Then will give them to the pay to win crowd after March17th. Honestly you shoudnt be getting it at all if you havent played for the whole 9 months. So be patient.
    Indeed. They're sending out the senche after March 17th, it's likely they'll do another round of the Mask then.

    Ok if they will roull out another (last time) delivery of ESO rewards before/after Match 17th, then it's ok for me. But I'd like the announcement by a Zenimax devloper, cause i need to be sure about it. As far as i know the Match 17th will be only for the senche, if it is not only for the senche, well, just ignore my sadness then :D

    I completely agree. There was never a deadline other than prior to TU launch. I guess 2/26 is prior though . lol A little bummed that i missed out by a week but i'll still get the Tiger mount.

    Sent a ticket last night and got a response that they had looked over my account and confirmed that I was eligible but didn't apply it to my account. Sent a reply this morning basically saying, "Thanks, can I have it?" Hopefully they get us sorted soon.

    Jason I bought over 400 days before the Feb 26 deadline (last payment on 20th) and support just told me to check my eligibility even though I am eligible. They then marked my ticket as 'solved' when it clearly isn't. What should I do? Send in another ticket? Call in?

    @ZOS_JasonLeavey yeah they basically did the same thing to me yesterday too. All copy pasta about checking eligibility, no actual help or any indication they'd even read my ticket or looked at my account. Emailed them back at 7am GMT this morning, still not had a proper response.

    For those who haven't gotten the Mask of Cheerful Slaughter, please keep in mind that you must have at least 270 days of purchased subscription time as of 02/26/15 and that the free 30 days or any compensatory time does not count. You can check how many days of subscription you've paid for on your account page under the Billing History tab.

    If you should have qualified but did not get the Mask of Cheerful Slaughter, please reach out to our Support Team here for assistance.

    How about for the senche tiger? Are the cut-off days for these rewards changed March 16 or Feb 26?

    The descriptions on the announcement were as follows:

    I just resubbed at the end of February and I was planning to redeem my prepaid cards prior to March 16, in order to load up enough paid days to my account to qualify for these loyalty rewards. Would that work?

    EDIT: nvm, I see from Jason's post it appears there will be another pull on March 16 to capture the players who qualify on that date - thanks very much for clarifying!

    Keep writing them and include these quotes from mods they will show you are in the right and should receive them.

    From now until we retire the Loyalty Program, you'll be eligible for loyalty rewards based on the time you've purchased (instead of time that you've already played.) That means you'll receive the Mask of Cheerful Slaughter as long as you’ve purchased nine months of game time, even if you haven't spent nine months subscribed yet. Since we're ending the program, we want to make sure that more folks have the opportunity to get the rewards. This goes for the three- and six-month rewards as well.
