Then will give them to the pay to win crowd after March17th. Honestly you shoudnt be getting it at all if you havent played for the whole 9 months. So be patient.

Jason I bought over 400 days before the Feb 26 deadline (last payment on 20th) and support just told me to check my eligibility even though I am eligible. They then marked my ticket as 'solved' when it clearly isn't. What should I do? Send in another ticket? Call in?

I purchased by 2/14 and only received a dwarvrn sphere
I had 300 days bought by 2/24/15 and my account is active. Customer support just wrote me, that he is sorry but I won't get it, since I have to have had 9 months of consecutive subsription.... ??? He didn't know about the new criteria....

To clarify, the information that was posted in the Road Ahead article is correct.
- You must have paid for 300 days of game time prior to March 16th in order to qualify for the mount.
- The 300 days of paid time does not need to elapse prior to March 16th.
- This time does not need to be consecutive.
- The 30 days of game time that were included with the initial game purchase do not count towards the mount
- Days compensated by customer support also do not count.
- You must be an active subscriber when the game transitions to Tamriel Unlimited on March 17th.
