I have paid for 5x60 (-->300 days) days via game time cards. The last payment was by 24.2.15. And I haven't got the mask :-( The dwemer sphere was added to my billing page today and I got it in game, too. But sadly not the mask.

@Thoren, we touched on this a tad during ESO Live recently, but we are investigating ways to possibly offer color variation for costumes. Nothing to announce yet, however.

No, I logged in and it was there. I've just been trying to run down an issue where the game was forcing itself into DX9 mode and tanking my framerate all morning.

Got the sphere today, I paid upfront enough to cover everything with game cards. No mask yet, I wonder if they come on consecutive days?

Btw, I just reached out with both arms and I couldn't find a support team anywhere near me, do I need to stand on a chair?

Same here, got my sphere but not my mask. Emailed support and only got back a copy pasta message asking me to check my eligibility with a few links thrown in. I'm eligible, I have my 300 days paid subscription

IMO it's more important that you find a way to treat DISGUISES as costumes before expending seemingly scarce resources to allow the use of dyes.

Got mine too!!, but i was wondering (i'm still alot confused) in the senche mount the 30 days included to the game purcase are included to get it? if so and considering the 270 days required to get the mask of uncle sheo i'm already at 300 days and i dont have to worry or i have to buy another time-card?

So you wrote an article on 4th March about saying you cut off the loyalty rewards on 26th februay, that's totally UNFAIIIIIIR... what about all the people who paid between 26th and 2nd March??? You had the duty to warn these people before and not taking the money before and then saying we locked on 26th... i'm really angry now...

Wait 1 freaking second?

I switched to a 90 day sub and was billed on 03/02.

I've paid 340 days.

I don't get the mask????

Do I even get the freaking mount?

I shouldn't have to check the forums EVERY SINGLE DAY just to see if something has changed. I read Zos's official policy SEVERAL WEEKS AGO and decided to change my subscription from 30 to 90 days and GIVE THEM MORE MONEY the next billing cycle specifically because they said it was "paid" days.


I hope I'm wrong. Someone please link and OFFICIAL comment that appeared BEFORE the cut off date stating the date in the FUTURE.

Im just curious how do you know you wasted your money? Did he say this would be the final time they send out the rewards? Most likely they have them to people who actually played for 9 months first. Then will give them to the pay to win crowd after March17th. Honestly you shoudnt be getting it at all if you havent played for the whole 9 months. So be patient.
