    Thanks... I have 11 months paid for and didn't get the Mask. I sent in a ticket a few days ago about both that and my long-before-1.6 "Shield of the Man-Bull" item being converted to the new version when it shouldn't have been (it was from circa 1.1 patch timeframe) losing its Auriel's Shield unique enchantment, but haven't had progress on them yet other than the latter being acknowledged and forwarded on for more research. :)
    -First-Wave Closed Beta Tester of the Psijic Order, aka the 0.016 percent.
    Exploits suck. Don't blame just the game, blame the players abusing them!

    -Playing since July 2013, back when we had a killspam channel in Cyrodiil and the lands of Tamriel were roamed by dinosaurs.

    Thank you, Customer support seems to be ignoring the issue. I sent in tickets this week and both times I got ignored by support.

    I got both my Dwemer Sphere and my Mask of Cheerful Slaughter today.

    Due to the change I bought enough game time to have 300 days of total "paid-for" game time so that I could receive the Senche Tiger mount, of course it has since been changed so that loyalty rewards are also determined by paid-for game time so I sent ZOS' Customer Support a message and <24 hours later I had both on my account with a confirmation that I am eligible for the Senche Tiger.

    Top marks ZOS, you are awesome at some things and Customer Support is one of them.

    Hey all. Just to clarify, if you did purchase the required game time and did not receive your 3-, 6-, or 9-month reward, be sure to contact our Support Team. If you didn't purchase the required time by February 26 for this recent deployment of rewards, don't worry. Keep in mind that we will still have another pull later this month where we'll be sending out these rewards, along with our special Striped Senche reward, to those eligible players. Time purchased must be made prior to March 16 to be eligible for those rewards.

    We really appreciate your patience, while we get back in contact with you in concern for your missing loyalty reward. (In this case, the Mask of Cheerful Slaughter)

    After taking a look at your account the reason that you were unable to receive the loyalty reward is because the additional days of time that you needed to be eligible for the reward wasn't received until March 1st.

    The cut-off date for eligibility is February 26, 2015. You can read more details on this information here. Although you will not be eligible for this reward, players whose total amount of paid subscription time adds up to 300 days prior to March 16, 2015 and who are active subscribers when we transition to Tamriel Unlimited will qualify for the Striped Senche mount. This is still a reward you will be applicable for.

    We appreciate your enthusiasm for our loyalty program and do apologize for any inconveniences. Although I could not help with this issue in particular, please get back in touch if you require any additional assistance.


    So is there or is there not "Another Pull" for these rewards or will eligible players only be receiving the mount and not the mask then?

    I am so not pleased. Who cares about this one costume, which is still sitting in my mailbox, when they deleted all my other rewards?? I had a costume on each of my vets, Golden Saint, Dark Seducer, Mannimarco... they all disappeared, they're not even on char inventory. I really loved those costumes, they were v1 to v6 rewards... so... what's going on?? Anyone?

    @Ilander, go in game and press the "U" key and your Collections UI will open up and in there is every costume/let/mount you own on every character on your account. This means every character on your account can use every pet/mount/costume you own! My girlfriend used the Dark Seducer costume on a level 1 today and people kept trying to attack her in the tutorial!

    It clearly says at the top of the forum:
    Having trouble finding your mounts, vanity pets, or costumes? Press the “U” key to open up the new Collections UI!

    Ya I got this useless trinket and it will be put with the rest of the useless loyalty rewards they have sent out. Would of much rather received additional skill points or champion points.
