after 1.6...reading the patch notes...it really does seem like dk dps will be useless in PvE end game content. Im sure all im going to get in response to this is a bunch of " stop crying" posts. Honestly though its very very discouraging looking going forward for dk's....and specifically any dk wearing light armor or using dw stam. Think about it from our perspective. We put 10 months into a game that we recently found out was a paid beta test, then they make your character and the entire way you play the game completely useless. Whats the incentive to stay ?

Maybe Sorcs got hit harder but I dont have *** tons of alts the only reason I have alts is to hold bank overflow. I play one toon and I do nothing but pve with the exception of the PvE, Dolmens and SKyshards they placed in Cyrodill....
So these nerfs ruining my build for PvE bithers me

Yea Dude, Exactly what me and some others very good endgame DKs said when we first read the patchnotes together.Patch Notes made it sound to me like Medium Armor Stam DK is going to be the new meta for DPS.
I am an Altmer DK fire mage (light armor). I keep my two DOTs (unstable flame and engulfing flame) on the boss and then med weave Crushing Shock.
I don't see how anything changed for me. My dps is from the dots and doing a good job of weaving crushing shock, not spamming ultimates.
Ultimate "nerf" for DKs (well my kind of DK) will primarily affect AOE trash pulls, no biggie.

Unstable flame now will use stamina so you want get any good results still using it on your Fire Mage.
