Darkonflare15✭✭✭✭✭They always like surprising us. I did not know when they release 1.5 on the PTS. I was perfectly surprised when I woke up from my nap and I saw the patch notes. So they probally going to do the same thing this time too.4 -

You must not have played any of the updates the day they hit the live server because they always contain numerous broken and untested elements and content. The update version pushed to the live servers is never pushed to the PTS and that version always breaks numerous things.1 -

Are you people so quick to forget how utterly screwed up 1.5 was at launch? Do you forget the weeks that followed and how many of the basic game systems were trashed because things didn't work right? If so, you wouldn't be complaining so much right now.

Stalwart385✭✭✭✭I'm anxious to play. Checking the forum daily now. I won't complain about release time though. They just got back from the holidays and are trying to get the build up.
I'm sure this time they are trying to clean it up better than the 1.5 release. The new systems were very broken when it was released. You couldn't even test surveys. Conversations were broken and the rewards were screwed up. I'm sure the pledges were messed up also but I could never find a group.
I was thinking we'd see it this week but they seem to like to release on Mondays, so maybe the 12th.
The more bugs they fix internally the more time we can spend finding deeper rooted bugs or blanace issues. Instead of fighting through a bunch of broken conversations and those "how did this make it in the build" type of bugs.Edited by Stalwart385 on January 6, 2015 5:53PM0 -

We all understand that they have been working on it since October, but realistically problems may arise and will need to be addressed. I'd rather have them work on this problem and "hope" it won't come out on PTS, than have it published unfinished.
Remember that CP point debacle? They said one thing and deviated from their plans. We don't want same thing happening here do we?2 -

Tbh, i dont care how much pages the notes have. I will read em when they are up but I only care about ZoS to deliver rather sooner than later at this point.

No, the point of PTS is to test the game. If their bugs it is not going to be fixed before it launch live. Lets say you play it and you do not like how a skill works and a majority of players does not like how it works too. That would have a better chance to change before it is launches on live. Like how people complained that is was too hard to find dwemer scraps and dwemer motifs on the PTS. This was change in the next week.
