It is called TIMING YOUR LA/HA lol it is not that hard. It just means no more can a tank in pvp stand there, block, and spam batswarm (or any ulti). I think it is bloody brilliant! L2P issue FOR REAL now lol its not hard to get ONE light attack in every 8 seconds.

Still wouldn't matter if they would just make that tick activate on blocking too, right? the spamming will still be over with 1.6.
And by your logic, why would healers get special treatment? A heavy or light attack every 8 seconds shouldn't be a problem for a healer, right?

most the time healers are not using light or heavy and are busy healing UNLESS they run out of magicka or need to regen a little. So by ZoS logic, healing someone who has the buff makes perfect sense for a healer.
Tanks SHOULD be attacking, at least once per 8 seconds (ICD of Weapon glyphs is 8 seconds) with a Light attack if for nothing else to put up the 207 hp shield from their 1H. Agreed most of the time Tanks are not using Heavy attacks, but tbh BlockBots are bad mmk. You need to do damage as well while Tanking and even tossing in a few Light attacks now and again helps the fight progress. This change will considerably help Tanks in PvE with Uiltimate generation.most the time tanks are not using light or heavy and are busy tanking UNLESS they are killed by somebody or need to be rezzed. So, by MY logic, tanking someone who attacks makes perfect sense for a tank.

Gaining Ultimate fast does not make you a better player. With the right moves and the right ultimate you can easily rack up ultimate fast without skill. Now when to use ultimates is where the skill is define and with this ultimate change that is not lost. Now skill is define in what skills you use instead of finding cheap exploits to be able to use ultimate faster.Ultimate should be a game changer not a skill that is continue to be spam unless its a ultimate that is not worth much. as a player who has earned 39 levels in pvp and attained combat frenzy 2 on multiple characters i believe i can say with all confidence that this nerf to ulti generation will make pvp dull and some aspects of pvp impossible
