FYI, the laucher does not load after i done this. It stays blanc!

not to be a jerk, but those are parts of the basic troubleshooting steps BEFORE one would try uninstalling and deleting files form their own pc... we are WELL BEYOND that point right now.
PLEASE except the fact this is NOT on our end...EXACTLY like the last time the log in servers didn't let people in... and RESET YOUR OWN CONNECTIONS.

As we make adjustments on our end, we are advising at this time to please re-try these troubleshooting steps to make sure everything is fresh when trying to connect again.
We do still need to collect ISP information so that we can contact them directly to ensure they are also updating their information as we make changes to optimize things on our end.
