So any fix on the "I cant stealth for 20 seconds for no reason"? I seriously had to HIDE behind a tree and keep popping in and out of stealth for it to work. ONe time when this happens I stayed crouched for FIVE minutes..then toggled and it worked.
Its getting annoying. Sometimes i can fire a shot or retreat from a battle and i can stealth fine. Other times? Im stuck where i cant stealth.
Sucks being a NB in this game.

Before the patch, when I inv. the mob would just stand there or turn around but would stop attacking. Now I inv. and the mob continues to track me and attack me. I inv and normally run around behind them and attack again but not they are tracking you, they turn to keep facing you and attack you while your inv. This really sucks, all that magicka for what?
The dungeons were specifically designed to make stealth totally useless; even during pre-1.4 stealth you could not sneak through the hallways of dungeons. If you magically somehow got by one group you would agro the second group and it was a disaster because of the broken agro mechanic. The dungeons were designed so you cannot sneak around the mobs in most places.
Now I am not sure concealed blade is useful at all; most mobs move around far to much now. I have given up and just do ambushes.

Man, I Stealthed so many dungeons before The Patch...
I'd have to fight occasionally, sure,
But a lot of times all I had to do was
--be very careful and very patient,
--observe the baddies' pattern of movement and timing of movement
--incorporate Invisible potions into the Stealthing when necessary
--tentatively test possible routes, being careful to back up quickly if a baddy's Suspicion grew too high
--combine all those things into a dance that moved me to the next safe area.
It was brilliantly fun, actually, and the challenge was the reason I loved Stealth.

^This. Very much this.

Question...health/stamina/magicka stats ?
17/32/0 for me and my sneak range isnt bad.
[my health and stamina is = without buffs]
I can sneak past all and any guards in most dungeons unless its a corridor.

I'm not at my game computer right now, but I think my
--Attributes are Health 17, Stam 17, Magicka 15.
--Bosmer NB is a 2H/DW build, who bumps his Health up with gear and food, bumps magicka with gear, heals partially with potion-augmenting jewelry.
--Hits really hard and fast. Opens with a Battle-Axe from stealth when possible, goes to dual daggers, uses cloak for re-situating (it's good to have the magicka I have solely for that, and I augment the recovery rate of it too).
And I really love sneaking by baddies!

For reference I still have no stealth speed increase for slotted Concealed Weapon either.

I have given up on hearing from them again on this matter in the forum. All we can do is consistently raise tickets to alert them to the issues. If they can't be bothered to fix stealth they at least should give NB a free respec so we can escape the mess they have made.
If it's not sorted by the time my 6 month sub is up I shall indeed slip away.
Their customer service is shocking and I don't intend to reward them for it month upon month.

I know this has been changed since the pics show greater amount than 2 meters at the elderscrollsonline.wiki site, set in question, http://elderscrollsonline.wiki.fextralife.com/Nightshade+Set
so another Item set nerf to a stealth set

The other thing I am noticing now from time to time is shadowy figures on the battlefield, a sort of blacked out silhouette who are clearly sneaking and wonder if this is to do with it.
Rune_Relic wrote: »So you think they are experimenting with stealth on the live server ?
Something else seems to have been changed with stealth recently. Twice last night I was attacked by a melee attack whilst in stealth. The first time I wasn't sure and thought I might have been mistaken and out of stealth, but the second time I was definitely in stealth. I see a DK in front of me and then see him charging, I thought I can't possibly be the target as I'm stealthed, then BAM I'm run over. The other thing I am noticing now from time to time is shadowy figures on the battlefield, a sort of blacked out silhouette who are clearly sneaking and wonder if this is to do with it.

Surely that is too bonkers even for ZoS?
