In the age of specialization we can have a group working on bug fixes and a group working on new content at the same time. Everybody doesn't need to stop working until all bugs are fixed lol.

Exactly, in fact from what we've seen they have several smaller teams working on different parts of the game to make development more efficient. If everybody had to stop what they're doing to do X, not only will X not get done any faster, but we won't see any new content for 7 more months.

yes, but why does the new content team have to always make so many freaking X's for the bug team to work on? ;P

Because code isn't something that works perfectly in all conditions, and they can't test all the conditions it will be subjected to, even on the public test server.
Modern games are massively complex beasts. A line of code that works for 100,000 people might break under the weight of 200,000. Now split the game into millions of lines of code. Now consider that one line of code that works fine on 200,000 people might cause another line of code that would be fine on it's own to break under 200,000 people.
The point is that they simply cannot test everything before they release it. It is impossible. If you disagree then you should be able to point to one MMO that was perfect on launch. That has no patch notes after an update. Hell, make it easy and point to one that has not had any patch notes or complaints about bugs during the first six months and after the first three content updates.
I wonder what's in the next content update . . .

I will be excited if you ZoS will start to get NB to the level of DK and Templar.
Holy excrement. 100% agree, though i dont think they should balance Pvp around solo encounters. Absloutely pvp needs additional content(though i dont pvp in this game). But you hit the nail on the head reguarding end game PVE. Compounding problems are chasing the Mmo playet base off in droves. Additionaly the four man content(vr dungeons)are so poorly itemized what little end game that is there has no value or reward worth doing.ZOS needs to take a step back and really look at what they're doing for end game content.
PVP - PVP has a few game breaking bugs that are not being addressed. The perma CC has completely ruined any solo play because every DK uses this tactic. We have not had any major updates for PVP and still no imperial city. People exploit left and right and ZOS does nothing about it. You can exploit all you want because ZOS will not ban you.
PVE - PVE end game? We have no end game. If you want to call Trials an end game that is a complete joke. The idea is fun that you get your name on a leaderboard and you work towards improving your time, but Trials are more like normal 5 man dungeons in WOW (when wearing heroic gear). How can you call any Trial end game when you can complete it in 8-10 minutes. You completely ignore all boss mechanics and stack/DPS.

Sounds like the words were taken right out of my mouth. I love the systems you guys are putting in but lets be honest, the gear sucks... Crafting is a joke, because a level 1 character can make the best gear in the game... Personally i think the whole system needs a rebuild, traits should be allowed to be modified at least so the player can actually play the way they want to play. I had to switch to 5 piece warlock for the simple fact that i wanted the 5 pc set and sadly can never find it with the trait i want. Personally i think this game really needs extra stats to it. Stats that can only be found in dungeons and raids, like a piece would have some spell damage on it that wouldnt interfere with your personal enchantments or traits... Love the game guys but we need better gear, and more reasons to run the dungeons and raids other than for sets i never plan on using anyway mostly because the traits and secondly because the horrible look... Now that being said i will applaud you guys for 2 things, i am part of a raid group that doesn't ignore mechanics and stack dps but instead deals with the mechanics and we are finally getting them all down. The problem is you give people are reason to ignore mechanics and that is currently screwing me. top 100 is all 10 minute runs because people ignore mechanics so can we think of a system to prevent the mechanic ignore and promote actually performing all of the actions?

NB fix? Being able to do 1000-1100 DPS during Trials are not good enough? Or doing 4k damage in 1.5sec in PvP? Yea NB sucks so hard when they can't even do one billion (mini me finger to the mouth) "white damge" DPS. FFS they need to get fixed?!
