    Stamina/magicka balancing?
    Armor type balancing?
    Templar? (magicka starvation)
    Lag in Cyrodiil?
Racial abilities balancing (races like Bosmer inferior to others like Nord, for example)
Stealth fix (not only for NB)

Balancing is a big part of 1.3.0! Set changes do alot and also offer many new opportunities wich balance out lots of things.

The true Patch is 1.3.0. The other two minor patches are just fixes to it, there won't be something big, new arriving out of no where.

The Patch will come most likely end of next week, maybe a week later if they find a major bug that needs to be fixed.

Any more balancing of Stamina/Magicka and Armor Types will not occur until 1.4, if 1.4.0 will not point out any of it, than it won't come until 1.5.

They did some big changes also with the softcap so it would be stupid to change too much unless u wanna destroy everything. I guess they will give the new changes a run to see what they have to change next! Otherwise it would be like other games where the less strong classes became ultra OP. With the new Softcaps the armor types will be very important to specific builds if u ask me and as a templar i will take a look at the restoration Aura wich became very very powerfull through patch 1.3.0 (Softcaps) It was useless before and will now grant u big advantages. Tanksets will also be very nice in !

But sry im talking mostly of pvp!

To be honest with Patch 1.4 I would like to see only one Change for Stamina Builds:

Let ANY class Ability that currently is scaling with Weapon Crit and Spell DMG, be scalling with Weapon DMG and Weapon Crit.

I think, that would really help a lot, cause atm, we rely on our class Skills that are meant to support the Close Range Weapon Lines but uses a Stat that is not pushed from Melee Fighters -> SpellDMG.

Beside that, adressing DPS of Bow and 2H should be mandatory as well. Dual Wield and 1H + Sword is already doing quite good.

    tl/dr @ZOS
    Please Focus @ Patch 1.4.0

    - WeaponDMG Scaling with Melee Skills from Classlines
    - Looking into BOW DPS for PvE (fix Haste for bows, maybe let Snipe shoots faster with Haste.)
    - Looking into 2H DPS for PvE
    - Looking into Resto Staff to rework or replace the 10% Bonus DMG to every class skill.

Gina, do you know if the 50% damage reduction below 50% health is a flat 50% or a scaling 50% the lower your health drops? The tooltip is unclear.

    Thanks!

EDIT: I've been mistaken. Please ignore.

    Thanks!

Are you by chance playing in a non-english client?

I know in my client it very clearly says "can increase up to 50%, as Health decreases."
    Which indicates that it scales.

Functionally, it currently scales upward; it just does not scale up to 50%.

Hello! Would you happen to know if there's going to be a fix for the quest "Forgotten Ancestry" in Glenumbra?

The final objective cannot be completed because it is not possible to interact with the Winvale founder's monument. It's been broken for at least couple of weeks, and I haven't seen mention of it in any of the patch notes yet (I did send in a bug report). It would be great if it would be possible to release a fix with the 1.3 content patch.

Nightblade has an awesome Selfheal if he want's to. We can easly make every Skill a DMG/Selfheal Skill if we would like to:

    http://esohead.com/calculator/skills#mcsz9s8IOWe8A4rK8IrTk8IPnB8IPSZ8IPwB85oD7GIzds8F7JIzrJ6Ibux6bbut6LzrO8O7mrdeB8zz7zztyfm8zf7zzNbo8zu7zzHfYE6zHfZd8zG7zzHQ3F8zI7zzJIoX6zJIkL8zN7zzJZcY8zA7zzKpUN8zL7zzK4EX

    Should be enought Selfheal:

+ 2% HP for every Light Attack
+ 15% Chance that a light Attack Heals for 115% of its DMG
+ DoT + 1 Second HoT from Refreshing Path
+ DMG + 2 Second Hot from Swallow Soul
+ DoT + 6 Second HoT from Degeneration
+ Selfheal + DMG + DMG Buff from Sap Essence
+ Selfheal + Stun + DMG from Ultimate Soul Tether

If you want to use a Stamina Dump than you could think about changing Refreshing Path with Blood Craze from Dual Wield, granting another HoT as long as the DoT ticks on the Enemy.

Against any Enemy that has no Burst DMG we can not die. But if they have a lot of burst it will be our Nemesis, but that is the other side of beeing an HoT Selfhealer.

    Stamina Builds are viable in:

    - Solo PvE (leveling)
    - Veteran 4 Man Dungeons
    - PvP

Stamina Builds are not viable in:

    - Trials

Conclusion: PvE Raid Gamer are always destroing MMO Games with there min/maxing and their exclusion of other Players.

But yeah lets Buff Weapon Attacks. What about..say 50%?

I like it, cause currently my Lethal Arrow hits for 1.300 out of Stealth with another 700 on the fly before the first one hits. Makes an Impact of 2K DMG.

After Buffing it is 1950 out of Stealth and 1050 what give me an instant Kill in PvP for every Opening.

Nice, now you have killed Robes and Staffs but created an Elder Bows Online Game.

Balancing is not as easy as you think, with just pushing the DMG.

Nick stated that SOME not every stamina skill is being reviewed for damage/stamina use balancing. And make sense, a .22 does not inflict the same dmg as a .45acp. I'm not going to argue semantics or physics. but one thing they should look at doing for AOE spam is simple, put the same restrictions on pulse and its morphs as they did to Bolt Escape and it's morphs. First one costs x magicka, if used again w/n 4sec will use 50% more magicka. that would lower the spamming of pulse.

Problem is not awareness. It has been shown many times that they just don't care, on the account that they either can't fix it because it needs an overhaul of the system which they royally messed up, or they just don't care.

They obviously care, troll. It's nice to stand on a soapbox and point out where everyone "royally messed up". Why don't you try to add something meaningful to a discussion.

They're likely in discussions to come up with various ways to address the issue without having to "overhaul" the system.

I'm sure it isn't as easy as any of us believe. Yes, even you.

I'm sure they care. They just haven't accepted that class based systems will always be imbalanced. They should never have had classes to begin with and this really wouldn't have been nearly as daunting to correct. The best thing they could do at this point is just abandon the classes and go strictly skill based. Some suggestions:
    1. Make the class trees something that you earn through questing like the mages guild and fighters guild.
    2. Absorb the abilities into the weapon and armor lines.
    3. Make them part of the new spellcrafting system.
I think any of those would be better than the way it is now.

-No. Bolt escape, fine. I can see the justification for the nerf, and I have adjusted. I think it's great where it is now.

However, now you are talking about nerfing a main attack (which is the last in its skill line) into oblivion. Why not just take impulse right outta the game? That would make your Nightblade happy, yes?

I could make an argument about nerfing your stealth attacks, because once I get out of stun, I have MAYBE a quarter of health left. But I suppose you think that is justified.

Or, another comparison, let's nerf the crap out of all the Lethal Arrow spam. I should not see death recaps with 5 lethal arrow attacks, yet I do. And from the sound of things, those are getting buffed.

So, long story short, remember rock, scissors, paper. And stop calling for nerfs on other class/weapon skill lines that you don't use.

I think that most of the complaints about the nightblade class have been reasonable. Even ZOS has admitted to them under performing. Even if we were to "play them right" who decided that light armor was appropriate instead of medium armor? My assumption is that the nightblade was inspired by the stealthy rogue archetype. Unless I'm mistaken that usually means leather (medium) armor not cloth (light) armor. I believe the overwhelming majority of the fantasy gaming genre would agree with the medium armor being for rogues assessment so why would you insult the rest of us by that statement that we are simply not "playing it right"?
