    • No XP Gains: Some of you are reporting that you’re not seeing any XP, VP, or AP gains, though rebooting occasionally seems to fix this and the XP “catches up.” This seems to be a UI issue and may be caused by out-of-date addons.

    This is not an addon issue... I do not have, nor have I ever run addons and I have this problem, but only on one character.

    Don't know if this is add-on related but I haven't been able to disable certain UI elements since the patch, for example quest tracker - when turned off in settings will disappear but will reappear shortly after.

    Also with the DK chain pull I agree that it should work against enemies on keep walls - one of the main points of getting the extended chains morph is just that, keeps defenders on their toes; similar to the the extended dragon leap Ultimate.

    Don't let the casuals and complainers get to you - seriously though who would report that as a bug?

    • Game Does Not Launch: This appears to be related to some antivirus programs. Turning the antivirus program off is a confirmed workaround.
    I'm not sure that's a good workaround suggestion. The best suggestion would be for people having this problem, to add Bethesda.net_Launcher.exe and eso.exe to their Antivirus programs exception list.

    If they need help on how to do that, they should contact their anti-virus programs support team.

    Recommending that people turn off computer security programs to run your product can open doors to some very bad things... legal liability things.

    What has been reported is that people roll out a DK alt for another faction, get him to level 10 in an hour, take him to Cyrodiil and then pull their mates up the walls to steal scrolls without having to take down the walls etc.

    The fact they claim they are investigating as a bug the ability to pull players off walls, is quite frankly a major lie to hide the fact that they can't be bothered to find a better solution to the above problem.

    Being able to pull people off walls has always been in the game since pre launch PTS and it's been in hundreds of videos showcasing cool DK abilities. It's too late now to pretend it's a bug. If this is removed it'll be a major slap in the face to DK PvPers and a huge sign of incompetence from the Dev team.

    Simple Solution: Allow people to pull down, don't allow people to pull up above a certain angle (like 45 degrees)

    It's not just Silver Shard that is doing extreme damage and one shotting people... It's Silver Bolts and both of it's morphs, Silver Shards and Silver Leash.

    • DW skill "Flurry" first 5 hits go against spell resistance, not armor
    • "Hundings Rage" set does not effect the last hit of Flurry
    • The "Rage" weapon glyph now gives 2 weapon damage, instead of the old 17
    • all "Rage" weapon glyphs have the same value of 2, no matter what quality
    • PvP set "Vengeance Leech Set" "Coventan's Axe" "Rage" enchant now gives 4 instead of 36 weapon power (Legendary)
    • The "Rage" weapon glyphs do not "proc" using DW skills, despite what the patch notes state
    • Only the main hand weapon glyph does proc on DW skill use (Fire tested), the offhand glyph does not trigger reliably, despite the animation clearly showing that both weapons hit (Flurry, Blood Craze)
    • "Flurry" does not have a 1.3s channel time as stated in the tooltip
    • "Force Siphon" does not have a 1.5s cast time as stated in the tooltip
    • The "Bleeding" status effect from passives can not critical strike or stack, like the "Burning" status effect.
    • The fighters guild "Circle of protection" always adds 1000 armor/sr, instead of 500 and a extra 500 for undead's only.
    • "Potion Speed" enchant's alway's reduces by 5 seconds, no matter the quality
    • Alchemist passive "Medicinal Use" does not increase the effect duration of crit % potions

    How about fixing stealth for nightblades devs? You say it's a known issue, so what's the wait? It's getting pretty tiresome getting knocked out stealth by an AoE spammer. Two months later and having this issue still is pretty ridiculous. We've pumped $90 into you're game already (Other classes have as well). Please take care of us.

    It says UI not add-on. Knowing the difference would help you understand this a little bit better. The UI is everything that shows on your screen right out of the box (Action Bar, Attributes, Messages, Quest Tracker, Chat Window, etc.), add-on's are simply that, added on code. They may change the look and feel of the UI, but that UI was there beforehand. The issue is a UI issue, as even with no add-on's loaded while they all work around the "" issue, it is still happening. Long story short, it seems to be a vanilla UI issue.

    Definitely not add-on related, even with no add-on's loaded, I can not get the quest tracker to hide...even though it is turned off in Settings>Interface>Show Quest Tracker. Looks like the UI bug is a little bigger than the messages, and xp/vr gain's not showing up.

    Also, for me at least, sword and board weapons don't make sounds on normal or heavy attacks any longer.

    When checking the map or any UI functionality that takes you out of normal view, you loose your cursor and get the free mouse overlay. you can get out of it by hitting period (default) or esc a few times but it is annoying if you need to check your map a lot. combat does not revert your UI either so you can have awkward moments at the start of fights if you came out of the map.

    There is a huge FPS problem on all the EU cyrodiil campaigns I have played, not just select campaigns like you state.

    THE FPS PROBLEM IS NOT ONLY IN BIG BATTLES, IT IS THERE CONSTANT ONCE THE FPS DROPS BEGINS.

    In terms of one shots, its the silver ability that procs 100% instead of 5% (deals 1800-2300 dmg).

    Below is a list of known issues for patch v1.2.3. Many of these are directly from your feedback and reports in-game and here on the official forums. Others are things we were working on before patch v1.2.3 and will roll out a fix for soon.

    Thank you for helping us to identify these issues so quickly. You will see a status below each issue. We’ll update this thread as we have more info on each.


    ALLIANCE WAR
    • Forward Camps: We are tracking several separate issues with Forward Camps. These include disappearing range indicators, Forward Camps being removed from the map prematurely, or not visible on the map at all.
      • STATUS: Currently testing fixes for all issues to be released in a future patch
    • PvP Scrolls: We are tracking some issues with PvP scrolls. They are periodically disappearing from Scroll Keeps, and are occasionally not interactable by anyone in any alliance. There are also times when the scroll bonuses are not working.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • FPS Drop Issue: There are reports of FPS drops in larger battles in select campaigns including Wabbajack.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating and testing a fix
    • One-Shots in Cyrodiil: We’ve seen reports that some of you believe you are being one-shotted, but cannot determine how or why.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating and testing a fix
    • Issues with Cyrodiil Terrain: Some player characters are able to climb rocks and walls to get into enemy starter areas.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Teleports to Safe Areas: You are not teleported back to your alliance’s starting area when entering the Northern Morrowind Gate and the Southern High Rock Gate.
      • STATUS: To be hotfixed this week


    COMBAT & GAMEPLAY
    • Undocumented Racial Passive & Item Set Changes: Some racial passives and item sets were recently changed in Update 2 with no documentation.
      • STATUS: Patch notes posted on 6/26
    • Player Character Getting Stuck In Place: We’ve seen reports that you can occasionally get stuck, unable to move or attack, though hitting ESC twice seems to fix this as a temporary workaround.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Rapid Maneuver: There are reports that this ability is no longer working while mounted on your horse. This is a bug, not an intended change.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Fiery Grip: Using this ability in Cyrodiil can pull enemies off keep walls.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating and testing a fix
    • Magicka Flood: This ability is reportedly not fixed as noted.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Fire Clench: The knockback for this ability can be triggered repeatedly, and the ability can also trigger falling damage.

    • Haste: Using this ability with ranged weapons is not fixed.

    • Honor the Dead: This ability is reportedly still broken.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Werewolf Devour: This ability reportedly still has a cooldown.

    • Werewolf Transformation Fix: There are reports that werewolves are still reverted back into human form and unable to use light or heavy attacks, or switch weapons.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Silver Shards: This ability is doing more damage than it should be.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating


    CRAFTING & ECONOMY
    • Racial Motifs & Provisioning Recipes: These now have a value of zero gold. However, this was an unintended change and will be reverted back so they can be sold at a vendor for gold.
      • STATUS: Hotfix applied on 6/25
    • Jerkins Requiring Breeches To Be Made: There is currently no toggle feature to change between robes and jerkins, and breeches must be made to replace a robe.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating


    DUNGEONS & TRIALS
    • Aetherian Archive Teleport Pads: The teleport pads on the first island in Aetherian Archive do not remain active after their first use.
      • STATUS: Currently testing a fix to be released for a future patch
    • Razak’s Wheel, The Mystery of Razak: This quest can occasionally fail to award the quest reward Razak’s Toy Spider.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Volenfell, Blood and Sand: Levers can become unresponsive if someone in your group is left behind.
      • STATUS: Working on a fix to be released for a future patch


    MISCELLANEOUS
    • No XP Gains: Some of you are reporting that you’re not seeing any XP, VP, or AP gains, though rebooting occasionally seems to fix this and the XP “catches up.” This seems to be a UI issue and may be caused by out-of-date addons.

    • Razor Naga and Logitech Wireless Mouse: The middle mouse button is no longer working for these select mice.

    • Groupmates Not In Same Instance: Player characters are not ending up in the same instance as the rest of their group if the leader starts the instance before a group is created, and other player characters enter after the group is created.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating and testing a potential fix
    • Game Does Not Launch: This appears to be related to some antivirus programs. Turning the antivirus program off is a confirmed workaround.


    QUESTS
    • Coldharbour, The Final Assault: Porting out of the Molag Bal fight will make the portal not interactable.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Deshaan, School Daze: You occasionally cannot interact with the spheres associated with this quest.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Fighters Guild: Sees-All-Colors will sometimes not walk into the portal to advance the quest step “Wait for Sees-All-Colors.”
      • STATUS: Currently testing a fix to be released for a future patch
    • Fighters Guild, Will of the Council: This quest is not updating after you kill Aelif.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Cadwell’s Almanac: You cannot progress some quests in the Almanac if they are abandoned.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Halls of Torment: Taking the portal to the Halls of Torment before Lyris uses the portal will sometimes block you from progressing the quest.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Reaper’s March, Hadran’s Fall: Tand can occasionally become stuck in the slave cage on the quest step “Rescue Tand.”
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Shadowfen, And Throw Away the Key: Jurni will sometimes not appear for the quest step “Take Medical Supplies to the Tower.”
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Stonefalls, Shattering Mirror: You cannot interact with the Altar.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Stormhaven, Azura’s Relics: Vaermina’s Weaver will sometimes disappear, blocking your quest progress.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • The Rift, Stomping Sinmur: Sinmur heals to full when around half health, and ally NPCs can freeze and don’t progress through the quest.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.


    UI
    • On-Screen Notifications Not Working: We’ve seen reports that you may no longer be getting on-screen notifications for things such as picking up a new Skyshard, getting a dungeon boss achievement, etc.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating
    • Names Dropping From UI: Loading into new zones and logging out sometimes causes group member names to drop out of the group UI.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    • Addon Settings: The add-on settings currently are not working as intended.
      • STATUS: Currently investigating.
    The Player becoming stuck in place is associated with Volcanic rune. it seems when a Volcanic rune is cast by a player. at mobs that are already dead before it blows up the caster will become stuck frequently. You just cast a rune at your own feet to unstick yourself if double ESC does not work.

    And FYI you were supposed to be able to pull people of the wall with that chain. what in the heck else is it usefull for DK is utility /tank. the only reason DK was over powered is from light armor Destro staff combined with dunnmer.

    Put a DK in heavy its as bad as a nightblade only he does not die as fast. Fixing your game has very little to do with nerfing, if you buff the broken/ under performing abilites and armor lines Less people will leave your game out of frustration .

    not just VR. Level 26 Daedra are immune to CC via Encase and it's morphs.

    the FPS drop is hitting more than just cyrodil. its not a constant and its not isolated but it definitely has something to do with resing, anchors, and some dungeons and trials.

    Dear ZENI Devs,

    Are all fixes being MERGED with your base development tree?

    It seems that for every update, whatever fixes you did in previous update, are gone.

    For example, mounts are silent once more. You cant hear em prancing, just the gallops.

    Back in Auriel's Bow 1.0, I have thought that the best way to handicap a faction with the HUGE pop advantage is to temporarily disable their grouping functionality and their ability to fight in 3rd person point of view! Let's see if these do not even up the odds.

    OMG, if I were a new player, I would definitely assume this game must be still in beta after reading this LONG list of issues/bugs. Nice job ZOS. LOL.
    My memory is that the 'known problems' lists in the beta forums were a damned sight shorter than these.
