Definitely, I thoroughly enjoyed 1-50 and really enjoyed the dungeons. I would buy it again, but I would roll a Sorc or DK instead of Templar, that is my only regret.

The game pre-50 is great, the game post-50 isn't. I feel like I've been baited and switched from a casual-friendly modern MMO (pre-VR) to a 1990s' group-or-GTFO one (post-VR and especially Craglorn and what's to come).

I love pre-50 hugely and even the VR stuff would be fine if ZOS hadn't made it into a 1990s Asian XP grindfest, and hadn't listened to their friends in Entropy Rising and made the leveling experience VR10+ group-only.

    I'm talking PVE here, I don't PVP.

Hell yeah! It's got an amazing combat system and 1-50 is great.

I have unsubscribed though. It's not the end for me, but I've decided I will come back at a later time. There are a lot of problems and it's lessening the enjoyment somewhat for me.

If the problems can be overcome then I can see myself playing for a long time. If not it will no doubt be an on off experience. The content is good, the re-playability is poor and the PVP and end game product needs time and work.

Honestly though either way it was and will continue to be worth the money.

I think this feeling will flip around from class to class over time. Every class will have it's day as is often the case in mmo's where balance is an ever growing process.

I'm an altaholic myself... although I seem to be a nightbladeaholic in eso, funny really. I never much liked the rouge classes all that much in other mmo's and even in eso it was the last class I tried.

Well sometimes im also amazed that no matter how much a game has latency spikes in their pvp areas that some people just choose to blindly defend a company because they believe that if they just hold on long enough they will be rewarded somehow.

This could also be characterized as "idiotic human behavior" by some.

Ask me in a few more months and I'll tell you what I think.

    Being vet 3, I'm undecided.

A guildie on an alt, just posted on guild chat about Doshia being nerfed. This was such a great fight once you understood how the orbs worked, it really didn't need changing (I think they nerfed it twice) and I am far from a great player.

One of the things that attracted me to this game in beta was the mages and fighters quest line not being the usual face roll.

To quote my guild chat a few seconds ago

"She died in 3 hits before she even turned into a harvester, I had my ultimate prepared, pots ready to go, bah nothing, this used to be such an awesome fight"

It all depends on changes like the above, how they change vet level etc whether I will think this is still a great game.

Although I've had good fun, I don't think I will ever regret buying it, I think I could end up regretting what the game has ended up becoming though. Thats up to the devs.

Some people also have trouble understanding that some of the issues that they are experiencing may not affect the entire or even the majority of the player base .

I would definitely buy it again and again. I needed something fresh to turn to before grinding my previous MMO to the point of 'bitter end' and this came at a perfect time. I'm still having fun in the game (since beta), but there are some things that would make it even better and not have to think about the MMO market and what's out there, aka veteran grind and the current pvp possibilities in the game.

Because there is a difference between someone not caring about the game and raging, and someone who wants the game to be awesome even if it's not. There are a lot of us who are not happy with the state of the game and unsubbed, but still want there to be changes made so that we can come back -and want the game to succeed. We post to here to give honest feedback, in hopes that ZoS listens and does some major life saving changes.

So if it's okay with you, we're going to keep doing that until our subs run out.

Most definitely! I was in awe of this game when i first started out. First mmo and i was blown away by the sheer size of it. 1-50 was a blast, loved it. VR 1-5 was more challenging but still fun. But once i hit VR6 with my Khajiit NB things took a turn for the worse. Started all over again with a Templar destro/resto in a different faction, now VR7 with him and starting to get a bit bored with the vet grind though.

I've had fun, sure. I wanted this to be much more of an elder scrolls game with multiplayer and much less of a typical mmo with elder scrolls paint.

I couldn't know without playing a fair bit of it, and I will likely play for a bit more yet. It has many qualities that are a step in the right direction I think, as far as typical mmo's go. The art style is spectacular, and I definitely enjoy some of the more grim, or "adult" type quests and situations you can find yourself in.

It just feels wrong. Maybe if there were no 3rd person view for anyone, so that you weren't penalized for not using the free vision it provides. I don't know.

I do know I've dusted off morrowind for the first time in a long time. I've had more fun jacking up my acrobatics and athletics and jumping across the river in balmora than I should admit.

Have enjoyed playing the game from time to time as a single player. But that isn't why my wife and I purchased two copies of the game and two subscriptions. We did so to play cooperatively throughout the entire game.

During beta, we believed that the enmity against cooperative play in the main quest was simply a bug or oversight on the part of the developers. I submitted bug reports and feedback reports, requesting the developers fix the FUBAR, believing they would prior to launch.

That now seems a pipe dream and spitting in the wind. So if we had to do it over again, we'd probably not have bought this single-player game dressed up as an MMO.

As to why we're still playing, we don't do so very often. We're exploring and taking side quests that we can complete together, but we're ignoring the instances that force solo-only play. Once we run out of cooperative content, we'll unsubscribe.
