[bug patch 1.1.3] - Templar - Focused Healing Passiv

yeah, fix one, break another. seems everytime the same story. this one not hurts that much but comon guys.

so, the "focused healing passiv" INFO is broken.

as far as it goes I can confirm currently only for "Purifying Ritual". Normally you should get the 30% healing bonus. Atm you don´t get it.

Edit 19.08.2014[patch 1.3.3]: For Purifying ritual it seems it works but only if in combat. however the 2nd morph seem not to work (extended ritual).

Can´t say if it also is for the basic skill "Cleansing Ritual" or only for the morph.

The passiv works with "Rune Circle" and the morph "Restoring Focus". However it is not working with "Purifying Ritual".

Btw, this worked prior patch 1.1.3

@ QA or who ever reports this (hopefully)
I did not test everything because of your high resprec costs.
So please test the passiv properly with all morphes.

For all the temps out there, bump that topic if you want to get that solved. I know it only concerns healers and its not major but it worked before patch 1.1.3 perfectly.

Haven't been on my temp and won't be either. The skill is useless anyways mate never had to use it so far except for leveling it.

it is actually pretty useful if it increases healing for group by 30% ^^ .. also additional it removes up to 4 negativ effects from you (talons etc. good for pvp). low costs, good range..

Any skill forcing you to stand within an area is flawed imo. Sure there's uses for it, but like I said I dont need it. Better tools out there.

I think it still should be fixed if its broken. ATM I dont know if its only broken for me or all temps. No other info in the forum available.

or people really don´t care about that passiv which is pretty mighty for healing temps in my eyes.

Out of curiosity, what are those extra ticks of ~100?

OK, here is the result of the test.

I tested it 10 times.
It worked 4 times out of 10 attempts.

I jumped from a tower and used Purifying ritual, then Rushed Ceremony.
6 times I obtained 562
4 times I obtained 763

It seems to be random.

As far as I can tell, it could be a lag problem. Because I fire the two skills one after the other in a short time frame.

I'm on the EU server, with a slightly higher permanent lag than on the US one.

thats the natural healing that comes with this abillity.. it dispells you and also heals like a hot (little healing, around 200 each 2 seconds)

Ok, I did a longer test too and it seems that it works SOMETIMES..

Its somehow random when you get the 30% bonus or not.
But it only seems to be random if you use "Cleansing Ritual" .. if I use rune circle I get the bonus 100% every time.

the skill is mainly only used for group dispell (very good) and the 30% increase for healing. I normally don´t use it to get the extra heals ^^ (but its nice to have )

I noticed this issue with Cleansing Ritual and its morphs. Rune Focus and its morphs still work. Patch 1.2 is supposed to fix the Focused Healing passive for Rite of Passage and its morphs, not Cleansing Ritual. Not sure if they caught wind of this bug and if would be addressed. I did post an in-game bug report but with no acknowledgement, who knows if they are looking into it.

I´m just wondering why no one else experienced this and did write in the forum about it. its really significant for a temp healer in my eyes .

I actually play a vet11 temp as melee (magicka based with biting jabs and dual wield) and its working like a charm for me.

anyway.. this is a new bug after 1.1.3

I /bugged this issue yesterday. It's plain random if the bonus is applied while standing in an extended ritual. I observed the same thing as @grizzbi did.

Noticed that too, after the dps nerf the mage in archives started to become a healing problem once again, and we did research...
Btw, somehow the less dmg of Nova and its morphs seem not to concern bosses at all xD

Yea.. like we needed another nail in the Templar coffin. Come on ZOS.. please look into this and fix our class. We might not have as many Templar's as DK Fanboi's running around, but it's a critical class to the game just as the others.

I've parked my Templar already and this just pushes me one more step towards the unsub button. Sad.. Love this game, but man stupid stuff like this is annoying.
