Inventory is unmanageable

I think one thing that could quickly resolve a good portion of the inventory issue is to make a separate crafting inventory storage where you can place all those resources there. Look to WoW and GW2 and how they have done their storage. I am sure there are other MMOs out there doing similar.

You are expected to trade with other players. Which is why things like Motifs and Recipes don't stack. If you can't use it, you're not supposed to keep it. You are expected to sell or trade it away.

The intention is to get you interacting with other players... but when does that ever work out?

It would need a more inclusive trading system for that to work out. Too many players are excluded from buying and/or selling under the present system for trading with players to be a wholly effective part of inventory management. Many players just hold onto stuff they don't need rather than go through the whole rigmarole of joining multiple guilds and taking their chances with bidding for trade kiosks that won't be accessible for half the players to buy from.

Unless they've changed the system for consoles, the kiosks on PC are available cross faction. The easiest example are the kiosks in the Hollow City and Belkarth. Those are available to any players that have access to those cities.

But, any player with access to Wayrest (Normal, Silver or Gold) has access to the kiosks there. It's not that there are separate kiosks for each faction's version of a map. That said, I can't imagine there's many gold players running around on the consoles right now.
