I'll just go ahead and add myself to the list. I started experiencing the timeout>301>timeout>301... issue around 11:30pm or so PST on 5/23 after having to force the game to close due to the infinite load screen issue shown in this thread: http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/discussion/100580/very-weird-loading-screen-issue-after-patch-video . I submitted a ticket and did receive a response that my character had been sent to another location so I shouldn't still be in a loop.
My boyfriend is still able to log in on the same network. I am even using a different network now and still experiencing the same issue.

Wondering the same question. Definitely seems copy-and-paste to me. Both my ticket responses have been very general "do these 100 things" instructions.

looks like they realised a server reset was needed. the message is now in red up top. Still going to have to wait for it though and hope that does the trick
