    I did this a few weeks back and I got a response saying that it would be fixed in a future patch and they couldnt do anything to fix it in the meantime.

    Not particularly well, since I submitted an in-game bug report the day the new patch rolled around and nobody has responded yet. Trying a new one via the web-site. Your Customer Service team leaves much to be desired.

As a heads up, please note that using /help in game or submitting a ticket at https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/ask/ on our website are the best ways to contact our Customer Support Team. Using /bug will log the issue (and is very helpful for the devs, so they can fix issues more quickly), but will not open a ticket for further assistance. :)

    for anyone wishing to do this their is a catch. you have to be online

    1:Achievement Issue
    The bug where players were not receiving their achievements for completing The Siege of Cradlecrush, One Victor, One King, and Songs of Sovngarde has been fixed.

    However, if you completed these quests and are still waiting for your Giant-Friend Achievement, your Skald-King's Salvation Achievement, or Skald-King's Arrow achievement, a GM will need to manually grant these to your character.

    If you could please respond with when you will be online and in game, and include your local time zone, we can schedule a time for one of our GMs to assist.

    just as a FYI

    I got the email this morning told them the time I would be on and as soon as I got the email saying they have a GM meet me less then 5 mins latter it was fixed.

    I also asked about the missing skill points for the group challenge and no ETA yet still a fix in a future patch.

    Good on you, mate. Of course, not everyone gets so lucky. I've been waiting over 2 1/2 hours for a GM to show up after responding to the exact same style email regarding my achievements. CS has essentially said "They'll help you when they get around to it." Such fantastic customer service.

    I too got this email, replied that I'm usually online from about 8pm CET, got an answer an hour and a half later to respond when I was going online. Went online almost immediately and got both achievements granted by a GM about 10 minutes later.

    So I've also sent a ticket where I included the aforementioned relevant information (name of character affected, general online times including timezone), and it has been almost a week with zero response at all. With the exception of one particular representative, I seem to have the worst draw when it comes to seeking customer service. Perhaps I am cursed or not well-liked (likely the latter, understandably).

    EDIT: Well, a Gamemaster (not sure if their names should be mentioned here or not) got back to me in-game and kindly corrected this problem for me. Thanks!
