Audio issues with crown store mount? Winter Garland Dapple Gray no longer jingles merrily....

Wondering if anyone that has this mount can advise if the jingle sound is still working or not for them. Mine is silent this year except for hoofbeat sounds no matter what audio setting is applied or how loud the volume is set.

I always put on the Winter Garland Dapple Grey after Witches Festival every year. The jingle effect is one of my favorite things about it. I just switched over to that mount, and it's definitely not jingling anymore.
I tried adjusting various sound settings, but there's still nothing. At first I thought I heard a minor jingle, but I get the exact same sound effect with other horses I tested, like the Ancient Dragon Hunter Horse. So I guess it's just supposed to be the sound of the tack rattling. The actual jingling of the bells is gone.
Please, ZOS, bring back the jingle pony I paid for!

I actually got used to the gallop without jingle (I bought this mount when it was already bugged)... Now it sounds a bit annoying, but extra funny and festive when galloping

FluffyDoom✭✭✭Yes, there is a thread from 2021 about this issue. I've tried their suggestion of turning down music and turning up ambient sounds as well however this is not working this year for me and I'm positive it was working in 2023.
Will try submitting a ticket/bug report.

Zorrin✭✭✭✭✭I recently checked this again with a controller instead of keyboard/mouse and can actually hear the jingle bells at walk, trot, and canter. At a gallop it just reverts to the normal metal tack noises a lot of mounts have, which is unfortunately what you're going to be hearing the most. Still hoping for a fix for this so I can fully enjoy one of my favorite mounts next year
