Coldane Cartel drop rates are bugged?

Before last server maintenance I was getting Coldane Cartel every other day, which was fine, as it is usually the case with the new drops arriving.
But I haven't seen one (sic. nothing!) since the downtime, despite getting every day a motif from (thieves or outlaw). I would expect 1/3 of them to be Coldane if the RNG was right. Anyone has similar experience? Is it possible the RNG table is bugged rn?

Thrasher91604✭✭✭✭✭Agreed the drop rate has been nerfed.
Used to get at least one a day doing 6 quests.
Now it’s about every 3 days.2 -

✭✭I was doing new thief dailies on few characters each day, but I stopped. The fact that motif drop table is diluted by super old motifs (Outlaw, Abah Watch, Thieves Guild) instead of only dropping Koldane motif pages is just too frustrating
If each time the game decided to reward me with motif from the daily coffer would be a page from Koldane, it would be ok... But getting those old motifs instead is not good.1 -

The other/old motifs don't exclude Koldane Cartel motifs from dropping. It's not one or the other. I often get both at the same time.

Same. It seems to have stopped dropping. I get a "Thieves Guild" page every day, but no Coldane since the first week it was introduced.1
