Nobody likes these RNG events. I have spent over 30 minutes killing and have gotten approximately 8/15 souls - and I'm expected to do this daily?
Because it's RNG, for every player that clears this in 10 minutes there's another where it takes an hour to do, which just causes frustration. I understand it's the first day and maybe the drop rate isn't as bad this time around, but this is starting to look like last years anniversary event all over again but without style pages that actually look good, the "rewards" here are pointless.
It hasn't even been a day and I've already lost interest in doing these quests again. I'm not doing a daily every day that takes an hour to finish.
Hopefully stage 2 is better.

✭✭✭Just a small tip: if you group up with other people it goes much faster. The progress is shared (so if player A picks up a soul, it also counts for player B ), but I also noticed that both players have a chance to get a soul from the same mob. I went into cold harbor and got them all pretty quickly. Also grouping up for the siege camps, gets them pretty quick.FOR THE PACT!!!!!1 -

✭Against my better judgement I tried the Sap quest as well. People were complaining in zone about people stealing kills, complaining about bad drop rates, everything was already dead, 20+ people fighting over the same handful of mobs. Then when you manage to kill a Spriggan you can't even loot it 90% of the time.

✭✭✭Golden Sap is really easy if you own Galen, Faun's Thicket Delve has loads of Spriggan type creatures and nobody is in there......
Though ofc now there might be more!!

I learned not to go to the marked blue zones. If you know the maps and go to alternative zones were the creatures can be found it goes much smoother.3
