Every day of the event, the first time you complete a dungeon, you’ll receive a Glorious Undaunted Reward Box as an additional loot drop. These special boxes contain various goodies including gold, consumables, style pages, Undaunted Keys, Opal weapon styles, and more!
Additionally, each subsequent final dungeon boss you defeat will drop a regular Undaunted Reward Box, which can include the following items:
A chance to drop an item set piece from the dungeon in which the box was acquired.
cool event can't wait but no double XP? What a shame we really need a week long double exp event and I don't wanna wait till New Life in December.

Undaunted Celebration has never been double xp.
But you do not have to wait till December as Witches Festival in October also has double xp.

I really hope this is an typo oversight and not an intended behaviour.

This event is an insult. It isn't even possible for player to get the simple level 2 reward unless they play group content. I left the game this day without playing. <== my opinion. Why should I pay full price for the game when I am only getting half the game?

Dreadhorn, Coldsnap and Meridian (those 3 were already missing before), and Exile's Revenge and Militant Monk (new motifs that are available in game already but not on the list either)?

Can you clarify what you mean?
"This event" = what, the Golden Pursuits campaign, or the Undaunted event?
"The simple level 2 reward" = what, the reward for completing 10 of the Golden Pursuits, or something else?
"Group content" = what, group dungeons?
I expect to be able to complete 17 of the Golden Pursuits without needing to be grouped with anyone else, which is 2 more than what's needed to get the apex reward. "Group dungeons" are indeed "group content," but it's possible to complete a lot of dungeons solo.
"Only getting half of the game" = what? Which part of the game are you not getting?
Complete Bolgrul’s Daily Undaunted Delve quest to earn a regular Undaunted Reward Box in addition to any others you’ve collected that day.

I have done several today and only the FIRST one got a 'regular Undaunted Reward Box' extra.
Is this a bug or intended?

I think it's supposed to work that way, because I think it worked that way during previous Undaunted events.
You can only do Bogrul's dailies once a day on a given character, although if you already had a daily from a prior day that you hadn't turned in yet then you can turn in that daily and still get another one.
But I think you can get only 1 purple event coffer from Bolgrul per day, per account, per server, despite the fact that you can do his daily quest on each of your alts if they've joined the Undaunted.

That seems unfair, I can do a random daily group dungeon on every alt and get a box but not the solo daily?
I think that focusing on group play and group dungeons is clearly telling those that choose not to group because of the toxicity or cannot group because they are not equipped for it that they are not worthy of the development teams attention. Solo players pay full price but only get half the game.

I am primarily a solo player, and I avoid queuing for grouped content because I worry that I won't be able to contribute at the level that I think the group will most likely expect from me. So I solo dungeons on normal mode if I can, and simply skip any dungeons or other group content that I can't solo.
But I still bought all of the dungeon DLCs-- even after I decided to subscribe to ESO Plus-- because I want all of the game to be available for me to play. Whether or not I actually do engage with certain content is another matter, because I still want it to be accessible in case I ever do decide to engage with it.
I know other players might not feel the same way I do about that, and I'm not trying to persuade anyone to change how they feel about it; I'm simply explaining my own outlook for the record.
As far as the current Golden Pursuits campaign, I understand that a lot of players who don't like engaging with group content would still like to earn the second reward, since it's 500 Seals of Endeavor. But you don't necessarily need to engage in group content to earn it. That is to say, it's possible to earn all three rewards by playing solo. I'm not saying it would be easy for all solo players to do it, because I know that your character's build and your degree of familiarity with the content will play a huge part in whether or not you can complete the number of activities needed to earn the second and third rewards. But I've already earned the second reward playing solo, and in a few more days I expect to earn the third reward as well, so I know it's doable.
Unfortunately, a solo player who's never tried to solo a group dungeon is going to have a rough time of it, because unless you've got a powerful solo build, you aren't very likely to just walk into a dungeon on your own and breeze through it, even on normal mode. But you won't know unless you try it. And if you're willing to risk playing with another player, you just might be able to find someone who's willing to essentially carry you through a dungeon so you can get event tickets, golden and purple event coffers, and complete enough activities by the end of the Golden Pursuits campaign to earn the second reward, or even the third reward.
