Patch notes are always ready some 3-5 hours before the PTS comes back up. I never understood why there's a wait on reading the patch notes until the PTS is finished with its updates. It's an unnecessary delay.

Eeeh most patch notes come up by now, at least they used to. Lately it's been later and later, yet with fewer stuff in them, very strange.

Its probably by design as the maintenance is also under maintenance section... I actually prefer if they put everything together rather then it being separated,
