PTS Maintenance Delay On September 15

Hi All, Due to some issues getting PTS up and available for everyone, the team is extending PTS maintenance window until 6:00pm (22:00 UTC) tomorrow, September 16. The team is working through to figure out the issue point is and resolved. However, we felt it was important to get patch notes over to you today. You can view today's patch notes here. We will provide an update tomorrow on PTS maintenance. Thank you for your continued patience.
