Thank you for creating this thread!
But I was going to create a thread about this stealthy change on General section to give more attention to this, because - sadly - I don't think it's a bugWhen I got 200 Tel Var from a daily quest box, I was scared that something is bugged after this update - but the description of ESO+ benefits status on character screen now says:
"10% increased Tel Var stones (monster kills only)"
I don't know why it was not mentioned in Patch Notes. While not game breaking, this change is still a little nerf to ESO+ benefits
I hope we can get this reverted
ESO Plus members will now receive a 10% increase to earning Alliance Points (Currency, PvP Skill Lines, and Alliance rank only) and Tel Var Stones (monster kills only).

It said monsters only there already, so they just fixed it in the last update.

Looks like this patch was focused on petty and mean spirited changes:
This undocumented one is Exhibit A
Exhibit B would be:
If something as trivial and 'low hanging fruit' as lockpicks warrants a 'rebalance' and takes precedence over much more glaring issues It just reinforces the notion that requiring 400+ maps to get a lead (or other system behaviours that might come across as draconian, ruthless or mean spirited) are not bugs, they are deliberate design choices.
