There's a @&!$ Molag polymorph for characters now?? Why? This is the stupidest thing. The dumb things they put in the game push it farther and farther from lore friendly that I regret every dollar I keep putting into eso+ sub.

I'm not sure why we are celebrating the primary villain, the god of... well, you know.

I already found adding one-of-a-kind clothing or adornments of important npcs to the store a bad idea (like Almalexia's costume and mask) because in my opinion they lose significance if everyone can run around clothed like that. But this polymorph now? Even worse. With clothing of "positive" figures one could at least argue that people imitate them out of admiration (speaking from a rp/lore perspective, why people of Tamriel would like to dress like, let's say, Almalexia or Ayrenn), as it also happened in real life sometimes, but why would the average person want to run through town looking like Molag Bal - with no one taking offense in it? It just doesn't make any sense. I really wish ZOS would take that more seriously.

Also, some users (including myself) have criticized before that the stories and the world often lack seriousness, with no real threats, important characters rarely dying, etc, so they're often not exactly emotionally engaging. Someone compared it to feeling more like a big theme park - certainly entertaining, but with no real feeling of danger or urgency. Having Molag Bal polymorphs run around everywhere contributes even more to that.

Finally I have some time to write more feedback about this polymorph I doubt that there will be any other version, and there are some missed opportunities with Molag Bal Illusion. Hopefully, designers will see this and please consider adding some things to this unique cosmetic item for perfection!

First of all, positive feedback: I like it very much as it is. Just this one item actually inspired me to resume playing ESO for more than just daily Endeavors. I started participating in dungeons and PvP again And when my character has Xivkyn polymorph equipped, it's extra fun to use /offerweapon or /bow emote to someone who is wearing Molag Bal polymorph!

Normal legs allow all kinds of fun with it thanks to combinations of emotes/mementos/personalities!

Using companions and assistants has new meaning with this polymorph, because they all serve the Daedric prince now (and their happy faces are priceless). Ember feels cheerful while being overlooked by Dark Lord:

Now, feedback about imperfections.
The most disappointing thing (and the most easy to fix, I think) is lack of certain laughter variant. It is sometimes used when Dremora summons portal for Scamps:

It's rare to hear it, and I've spent hours trying to record particularly this variant. I really love this, and it could be used as voice for using damaging Ultimates, or/and voice for Break Free ability.
Current "Break Free" action scream is rather weak - it should be longer and with more anger in it. Also, the voice for this action is still bugged for about 2 years now, so you can only hear proper "Break Free" vocalizations when you use Dawnbreaker ultimate.

This polymorph has no voice for "giddy up" voice line for mount control

It also has no voice for angry emotes, no voice for mount whistle. No voice for performing heavy attacks.

It's strange that the mouth of this polymorph is completely static, while actual Molag Bal in game can move his jaws.

There is no special visuals and sounds for death and resurrection... And when character is brought back to life, he/she still performs humanoid gasp - not fitting to the image at all. Death could add blue flame effect and special sound, same as when Daedra are killed at Dark Anchors.

Basically, that's all which should really be fixed in this cosmetic item - in my opinion.

And just for extra fun, I think it would be awesome if there were some special voice lines added to some actions/emotes when you use this polymorph. I don't know if the voice actor performed some new lines for this polymorph, but there are enough existing quotes in the game to use
For example, our characters could say "That which is eternal can never die." when defeated.
And say "I am the face of pain!" when entering combat.
Say "Fight for me." when commanding Companion/combat pet to attack the enemy.
Say "May your soul burn." when activating damaging Ultimate ability.
Say "You anger a powerful enemy!" when using /angry emote.

In perfect case, in addition to what we already have, I would like to have another version of Molag Bal polymorph, with more alien-like legs. It would need to have custom animations and emotes (maybe together with suggested voice lines), and it would be awesome for roleplay if all creatures related to his realm would become non-hostile (neutral, so they can be attacked and can fight back) if player wears Molag Bal polymorph

Townsfolk "AHH a werewolf/necromancer"
Also Townsfolk *sees Sorc spawn daedra, then polymorph into Molag Bal or a Xyvkyn* "I have many fine goods for sale"

It should be a criminal offense to be in town as Molag Bal. The same with the dark anchor recall. Why are the guards allowing this?

All sense of immersion has left this game. I'll stay for the lolz, but ESO has lost its magic.

Actually I think getting mudballed or called out in-character is fine, if it makes sense lorewise. I don't mind it at all. Although the funniest thing that happened to me was was being chased around town by someone playing a Temple Ordinator (using a lorefriendly Dunmer name and ordinator costume) trying to arrest me. No, I won't tell you what I had done. But his reaction made sense and I played along.
