    the best suggestion i have
There're so many of crappy high CP tank(over CP1300) everywhere in PUG.
    That is real problem.

Bro. This attitude is so problematic its not even funny. Im 1800cp and i just built my tank 2 weeks ago. It took forever for me to decide to try it because of exactly this attitude. The expectations on hight cp tanks are mind blowing. Its stressful, especially for trial tanks. You missing one block can wipe the group. Im competent,
i can toss down buffs and debuffs and not die but I dont know every mechanic because guess what? They are different for tanks compared to dps. Its a steep learning curve.

Because, I've never met decent tank as both DD and healer queue by random grouping.
Yes, it's not funny actually. I thought there're so many people who don't know decent tank building method.

And don't know how to act as tank.

They were killed by normal attack, not even mech. Even CP1900 player can't deal 10 amount of mobs.
And keep killing DD or healer 6 times with no HM situation. Time wasting.

it's not funny like you said.

Because experienced tanks dont use group finder. My entire point was that even a 1900cp player could have been a dd until 1899cp. I used gf for a hot second. Ppl treated me like dirt while i was trying to figure it out bc there is literally not even the most basic tips for tanks in game. I learned from good tanks. I can successfully tank almost all vet dlcs now... but i'll never use group finder again because ppl treated me like that as i was trying to learn. Most tanks in gf are learning. By the time they have figured it out they are gone. Dds have space to learn in gf. Tanks dont. This whole post exemplifies this.

i consider myself experienced and i use group finder every day i also use group finder with healer and dd's and i see myself in groups with other tanks i would call experienced too, sometimes with them even leading HM's in random group finder. but thats over a much longer period than just say jumping staight in with a pre-made group for the purpose. in fact i think 75% of my initial HM's have been done in group finder. which for me personally joining the group finder and being put in groups no matter what it is, always is disappointing if theres a fake tank and healer in group

i usually play tank if im using the queue because i want low queue times and i refuse to fake role intentionally in a random group

i did leave a dungeon finder group the other day, we got scalecaller peak, what happened was one of the dps decided to just speed through ignoring all the trash mobs leaving me at the first mob, the others tried to follow that dps (at least 1 of the others died following them), then one of those dps reach the first boss which pulled me in right as the boss was resetting and the ogre poison stacking mechanic killed me and at least 1 other (and this was on normal difficulty too)

i decided the run wasnt going to be worth the frustration and left without hesitation. i actually enjoy scalecaller peak as a dungeon because it feels more unique, but i cant tolerate speedsters, especially when they wipe the group like that

in my experience i cant say that people treated me like im learning, my problem with using the queue, especially for normal dungeons, is all the freaking speedsters. i use the queue to quickly form a group, not to be rushed through the dungeon itself

Im sorry, but I have a hard time believe, what you say. The way you word it, it´s like I see a rusher defending his/her actions.

There is no reason to rush anything.

    Sorry if it sound harsh.

There is no need to defend a faster-paced playstyle, as it's a perfectly viable one.

Sorry to sound harsh, but I see always the same 4-5 players complaining about everyone else, while pretending their personal preferences are mandatory for the whole playerbase.

That's not how things work tho. 😆

Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. It's not that hard.

Some player´s don´t care for the new player´s. Some do and can see it´s not in the favor of Eso. Fast pace ? Fast as dps is behind, not high enough. Seen it so many times.

That has nothing to do with caring for new players but everything with communication.

Most players will slow down for new players (eso has quite a helpful community in this regard), but almost nobody will slow down for a high-CP-player, which is using chat only to tell others how they have to play the game.

And now think for yourself: You meet "speedrunners" almost every time you're trying to use group finder. That leaves the following conclusion: The players preferring a faster pace are either outright the majority of puggers or at least 25% of the population while additional 50% aren't bothered enough to kickvote them.

Either way those high-CP-slow-pacers are a clear minority, which is refusing to help themselves by using the tools already at hand (premade groups, guilds, friends) on top of that.

So, even if it's somewhat understandable, that their dungeoneeing experience isn't exactly awesome, it's completely their own doing.

My simple solution is to put dedicated ID tags on all DPS / Tank / Healer sets and have those ID's linked into their respective dungeon que role.

The ID tags can be as simple as D (dps sets) T (tank sets) and H (heal sets).

You would be required to wear a minimum of 2 matching ID sets to que for any dungeon content, period.

And for those slick players who think they can simply throw on tank gear to que up as a fake tank, changing one or even both sets anytime would result in you being kicked from the que (or the dungeon) and placed back into your proper role waiting time ( after your dungeon leaving penalty wears off ).

Not everyone would agree with this post, but this idea could potentially put a stop to our fake tanking / fake healing dilemma.
