Stop giving unique buffs/debuffs to everyone.

Stop giving Major Berserk, Major Vulnerability, Major Maim etc. to everyone. It reduces their uniqueness and value and makes certain classes and item sets obsolete. They had already lost a lot of value when their magnitude was changed. This is not the way to buff an ability.
Major Maim -> Frost Clench, Frozen Gate. These abilities should apply minor maim for a longer period. Add Minor Heroism to Frost Clench if required.
Major Berserk -> Wrecking Blow, Devastating Chains. These changes should not go through. Think of something else.
Major Vulnerability -> Archdruid Devyric, Turning Tide.
Be creative.

✭I don't think it's that easy. Changes inevitably alter the meta and item sets come/go. That's healthy for the game! Now, classes shouldn't be as easily dismissible, but changing sets and builds should be somewhat expected.
They gave DK Major Berserk on a chains morph because they saw no one using that skill morph and want to encourage players to use it. That's a perfectly fine intention, but they over did it and will scale it back.
I would like to see them do this kind of thing WAY more though. Every patch, each class should have the least used skill/morph buffed. I nominate Unstable Core from Templar. No one uses that skill cause it has been nerfed to death and it's trash now.
