    I just did this tonight. I liked having a challenge. I did it at level 7, and It was the most enjoyable fight so far for me. I'm not sure about forcing people to do it solo, but I fall more to that side of the argument because I've always disliked content in games that you can trivialize with more people.

    This quest certainly feels bugged.

    She cannot be kited too far out or she resets. Kind of counter-productive considering the fight mechanics. Her orbs will heal her if she is anywhere near them when they burst, no matter the one hitting them - again, counter productive (f**k melee, right?). Finally, and I don't know if this is just me, but getting her anywhere near 20% has lagged the hell out of the fight.

    Has anyone else found it to be similar?

    But shouldn't it be the decision of the player whether he wants to trivialize an encounter by grouping or wants a a greater challenge by soloing it?
    Not everyone is looking for a challenge after all.

    Giving the option to group would be a good thing. As it stands, people can easily be turned away from the game because they hit a fight like Doshia (Ebonheart version, the Covenant one gives you more space to move) and die continously. I can safely say that none of the characters I play can take her at level. Not an issue for me personally, I just overlevel her by two or four levels, but many people won't do that.
      PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!. Outfit slots not being accountwide is ridiculous given their price. PC EU/PC NA roleplayer and solo PvE quester

      I am in agreement ..tried this with 2 of my toons now and can't beat her at lvl 10 with either of them ..one is a Templer and one is a Dragonknight ..this one sucks ..really hard to do ..I just abandoned it with one of mine ..not worth it

      Doshia is simply not a level 8 quest like it says it is. Anyone with a decent AoE attack should have no problem with her, but that isn't the case at low levels.

      Most characters either don't have efficient AoE attacks available at lower levels or the players simply don't want to buy them yet in favor of more advantageous skills.

      This quest should be tweaked to be easier, listed as a higher level quest, or allow players to group instead of forcing solo play.

      Should be an option. In a multiplayer game, the option of having other players there should always be available. To take that away defeats the purpose of playing a game with thousands of other players.

      The first time I tried this quest I was around lvl 9 or so. Got my butt thoroughly handed to me. Decided to level a bit, pour some skill points into things. Eventually I went back at lvl 11 and managed to take her down. Was a bit iffy there for awhile, but I managed it.

      Ironically I'd read all the tips on this thread and had acquired Silver Bolts and a two hander, but forgot to slot them and ended up going in with my usual NB dot heavy build! The Siphon self heals were a major plus.

      I did have to move around a fair bit in the fight. I never left the main platform, but by moving her around a bit I was able to get to the orbs before they got to her. I agree it's a frustrating fight for sure though. Waaay more of a hassle than I would have liked.

      Ok, they say in the patch notes that they have "fixed" Doshia by having her powers reduced. I call Bull. Half the time the orbs don't show up and the other half they don't die even though I hit them several times.

      Edit: I will admit that she is easier to a point though those orbs still heal her way too much. As long as the game cooperates so you can see them AND target them to kill them, she is much more in line with a level 8 quest now.

      Saw the orbs once.. after I kited it to the entrance cave but it reset

      This quest is still bugged. If you die while fighting her, you won't be able to see the orbs again when she summons them, hence, you can't kill her. She always heals to full HP over and over. I managed to kill her with my sorc, but as a Nightblade it seems an impossible task (level 10). Will try again at level 15 or so.

      I did this in live version, IIRC was level 9, Nord Templar with heavy armour and 2-h axe - ran around spamming Silver bolts and Aedric spear at her, and gave her a whack with the axe now and then, she went down almost too quickly...

      This quest is too hard for the level range and specifically for a melee based character. You need aoe and stun to take out the bubbles and if you don't have them you just aren't winning that fight. This definitely needs to be reworked.

      every time you kill a bubble it heals you...use that as incentive to not let one touch her. Make it a mini-gmae. Do at or just under level. Don't try to do it at 3-4 levels lower then complain you couldn't do it. She's an elite. Very manageable fight though. ORBs...just kill the orbs

      Is there anyway to do this as a group? I was trying with a friend last night and once one of us was in the lair we couldn't use the travel to option. Even if we were in the same phase before entering we couldn't see eachother inside.

      It would be a real shame if they have quests like that this that you can do together all the way up to the last part then be like oh nope your back to single player TES
      my advice if its to hard to do like the derp thing to say wait till higher lv and check out youtube for videos of how to get through,but solo instances i think should be left in but have the option to have group members

      It is tough when half the time you attempt the orbs are bugged and not showing up but still healing the mob.

      I had an issue with her during beta but since then she has become a breeze. I've killed her first try with all my alts 8-10.

      She's simple, just stand in front of her until she starts glowing purple and then just move to the side and behind her a little bit. That shock wave doesn't move in all directions. Then just worry about blocking and using pots when needed.

      She has only ever done the orb move to me three times. After that all I've ever had to do is just burn her down.

      This may not be a solution for anyone, but I figured it couldn't hurt to share my experience.
