    That's conflicting information because we were told no later then today from @ZOS_GinaBruno for PC.

    Well, the problem I am having is that I have yet to receive the OTHER guaranteed drop from Friday's stream as well. I'm starting to think it's a same IP problem. If 2 people watch from the same house, only one seems to get drops, regardless if both have accounts linked and both have received drops in the past. I'm going to try putting in a ticket, but I this point I've pretty much lost all faith in ZoS

    I submitted a ticket and got a standard copy-paste reply about they assume my issue was solved. And silence after another one. And it's not the first time. So, basically, their customer 'support' don't even read what issue are.

    I didnt recieve any either, two of my friends did and two of us are still waiting. We even watched it together on teamspeak, and i helped them link twitch with eso.

    I just opened a ticket because Gina said it would be today. Didn’t see the other one saying it could be days. I’m PC NA and have received twitch drops last month, so it isn’t my account

    I think that if if there were still "waves" being distributed, there would be at least one person to comment that they've recently received the rewards - here or on reddit. I hope I'm wrong but have a feeling we've just been overlooked somehow or haven't been detected by the algorithm.

    Also the responce from CS to my ticket implies that I haven't watched the stream.. "..If you watched the #BE3 showcase and ESO presentation, you could have earned the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount and five Ouroboros Crown Crates simply for tuning in!..."

    And yes I made a forum account just to post this.

    Well that is really frustrating.

    IF they are considering the matter closed or IF they are still sending them out, there are still those of us who did watch the stream, had the linked accounts and have not heard anything. Certainly you’d think at this point somebody there would say something.

    This is intolerable. If they can't manage this simple task, How we do spect them to fix their game?

    I'm from EU, I stayed awake at 2:30 am just to get the mount and they can say (or not say at all) that we won't get the rewards. Great... just great. My wallet is closed for you ZOS.

    Yeah I did the same, I even managed to track down the exact moment where I posted a comment on the VOD (out of the 250k viewers spamming) and provide this with a screenshot that my account has been linked for over 17 days... now I feel even more stupid - staying up until 4AM EU time on a workday and wasting all this time the last couple of days trying to resolve the issue.

    I'm a fairly new player (4 weeks since I started) and I want to convince myself that it's not a big deal if I don't get it but the whole ordeal just left a bitter taste in my mouth.

    I played since beta with large intervals, but nothing has changed over this period regarding 'customer support'. They're as silent as day one.

    Still haven't seen hide nor hair of mine. I showed up for the pre-show, interacted with the stream, even posted stuff on twitter and @'d the corporate account, and no one else plays on my IP, so I dunno what the deal is. Figure I'd give it till the weekend to roll out before getting upset. Plus, there's sort of a bigger fire burning right now with guilds down.

    Still waiting here as well. I submitted a ticket also and got the canned response. I replied back a couple of times on the ticket but have not received any follow up response..wondering if I should just open a new ticket.
