just got a new staff response here:The Twitch Drop rewards from the 2019 E3 stream are being distributed in waves, and may take several days to fulfill. If you qualified for rewards, but have not received them yet, please be patient as they should be coming soon.
Please keep in mind, the five Ouroboros Crates are being added separately than the Clouded Senche mount, so you may receive one slightly before the other.
Players who qualified for rewards on Xbox One and PS4 should expect their rewards to be fulfilled during a maintenance no later than June 19, 2019.

Amaljia✭✭✭Well, the problem I am having is that I have yet to receive the OTHER guaranteed drop from Friday's stream as well. I'm starting to think it's a same IP problem. If 2 people watch from the same house, only one seems to get drops, regardless if both have accounts linked and both have received drops in the past. I'm going to try putting in a ticket, but I this point I've pretty much lost all faith in ZoS

I submitted a ticket and got a standard copy-paste reply about they assume my issue was solved. And silence after another one. And it's not the first time. So, basically, their customer 'support' don't even read what issue are.0 -

Salty_AftertasteSoul ShrivenI think that if if there were still "waves" being distributed, there would be at least one person to comment that they've recently received the rewards - here or on reddit. I hope I'm wrong but have a feeling we've just been overlooked somehow or haven't been detected by the algorithm.
Also the responce from CS to my ticket implies that I haven't watched the stream.. "..If you watched the #BE3 showcase and ESO presentation, you could have earned the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount and five Ouroboros Crown Crates simply for tuning in!..."

IF they are considering the matter closed or IF they are still sending them out, there are still those of us who did watch the stream, had the linked accounts and have not heard anything. Certainly you’d think at this point somebody there would say something.0 -

Yeah I did the same, I even managed to track down the exact moment where I posted a comment on the VOD (out of the 250k viewers spamming) and provide this with a screenshot that my account has been linked for over 17 days... now I feel even more stupid - staying up until 4AM EU time on a workday and wasting all this time the last couple of days trying to resolve the issue.
I'm a fairly new player (4 weeks since I started) and I want to convince myself that it's not a big deal if I don't get it but the whole ordeal just left a bitter taste in my mouth.0 -

I showed up for the pre-show, interacted with the stream, even posted stuff on twitter and @'d the corporate account, and no one else plays on my IP, so I dunno what the deal is. Figure I'd give it till the weekend to roll out before getting upset. Plus, there's sort of a bigger fire burning right now with guilds down.0 -

it's the 13th of June and i haven't received my drops yet nor an email saying ill get them soon. and my account was and is linked to twitch starting to get mad I'm on PC thecursedgod i even put in a ticket like guildies said to do and nothing yet0
