BE3 Drops?

I opened my ticket two days ago and its still unawnsered. honestly i dont care for the chests but as a new player the mount would be lovely

I haven't gotten my drops either, I watched via Twitch app on my TV so that may be the issue.

Honestly, I don't really care if I get the crates - I'm just adding my acct to the list of those that did not get them and had no response from support. My accounts are linked as this acct has gotten drops before.

So, still nothing. Submitted a ticket, got the generic response, responded back and have not heard back since.. There is clearly an issue going on if this many people are having the same issue.

Still haven't gotten anything in ESO, which I didn't expect to change since this morning honestly, but on a whim I decided to go check out my legends account and I got the drops for it.



So yeah, I don't think it's a glitch in the automated delivery system because I got stuff for other games from the #BE3. Really wish they'd update us on what's going on.

Same, account linked, nada from the stream. I think Zenimax is just having a really, really bad week. They honestly cant seem to get anything right at this point. I sincerely hope they can get their sheet together.

Has anyone gotten theirs after the 12th? Wondering if they’re done with what they’re going to do and let the rest of us stew in frustration and do what we’re going to do about it.

All Guildys and Friends got their drops already a few days ago.
Seems my "reward" for getting up in middle of the night (i'm in Europe) for watching interesting stuff like Captain Keen and Doom is the unforgettable expirience to remember the WOOHOO screaming after every word that said on stage.

Nothing here yet either, put a ticket in late monday evening got a reply today:

"I understand you haven't received the E3 rewards yet. The Twitch Drop rewards from the E3 stream are being distributed in waves, and may take several days to fulfill. If you qualified for rewards, but have not received them yet, please be patient as they should be coming soon"

They did state and I quote: Reward delivery starts the morning of June 10, and continues for several hours after that. several hours............not days.

Well OK we got a response that the delivery would be a day late "due to higher than expected viewers" whats the amount got to do with it, are they trying to say they are individually going through their playerbase and handing them out one by one? Seems to me they were just not prepared for this at all, offering free stuff over the internet and then being surprised by the response, LOL, it was kind inevitable but the reward delivery should be pretty much an automated system.

That's just an automated response, everybody (me included) is receiving the same the entire week. I've yet to see a single person to claim that they've received their rewards after the 12-th

that could be one of the reason why it takes so long and also a reason why tickets in general takes long.
don't understand these folks.
i don't understand the process either, because i think it's mostly a automated process but they should take their time and let's see what happens.
also to ppl posting 'got my drops' that doesnt help either if you don't post the date

Posted a ticket late monday evening, in fact it was probable after midnight and Tuesday, but they did state Drops would go out Monday morning and take a few hours, Only submitted a ticket after seeing posts on forums of other players who had submitted tickets and had their Drops delivered not long after.

I think saying 'they don't care' is a bit of an over exaggeration, I'd give'em the benefit of the doubt that they're working more on the issues with the new servers. Heck, it could be a problem CAUSED by the new servers. I'm sure it'll get resolved eventually, there's way too many cases of people missing stuff with absolutely no correlating circumstances for this to have been anything but a bug. Though the timely delivery of the Legend rewards and the absence of ESO ones does make me question what system they were using to pass these out and how they differ. It at least points to it being a problem at ZoS and not Bethesda, for once.

Twitch linked to both my Bethesda account and ESO account. I received the Legends rewards but nothing for ESO yet.
