Vampire is pretty meh as it is. I can kill people who use mist form at 20% health so I'm not sure what your issue is. And health regen penalty is a huge detriment to Troll King, a very powerful defensive set

Most of the mag I know don't even run vampire. The fire damage gets too bad, is too much of a hassle, whatever. The only people I know that run it comfortably are healers. Vampires need to be left alone. They are popular because they work well - they do not over-perform.
On another note, Mist Form needs to be looked at as people can still snare/immobilize you while using (not all of the time).

if no more nerfs then how about buff mortals?
as it was wrote not only once...you almost have no any noticable punishment of being vampire while having many different5s and usefull passives
how about then buff mortals...hmm how for example we have in dark souls...if you are more undead then you have less health pool etc so here how about having % less health for every stage of vampirism? or something like this where being mortal will have something around h=which we can have some better builds than now everything is working fine and better on vampire than mortal...
(excluding hp regen troll builds as it not often and is only more for trolling of being very survivable like just roll dodge monkey build on nb with eternal hunt)

How about, compared to vampires:
- Mortals take 25% less damage to fire.
- Mortals get a 300% increase in health regen.
- Mortals take 50% more damage when < 50% health.
- Mortals move slower in stealth.
- Mortals have stam and health regen reduced 10%.
That work?
