Unable to Craft Store Bought Assasins Style

I bought the Assasins Guild motif pack from the store, used it, and I still can't make any kit based on that style!
I have more than enough black beeswax for it, and even 5 Crown Mimic Stones, but that style still reads as 'learn style to unlock'. I've logged out to desktop and back in, but no joy.

✭✭And I assume the character that is doing the crafting is the one who learned the motif style? Some people think the Crown motifs are account wide and untfortunately they are not.

crown motif are not account bound , are you sure you learnt this motif with this character ?0 -
Duckfather✭✭It's my main character I bought the Motif style book on, and on that same character I right clicked it and selected 'use' from the menu. The style shows in my journal as all 14 / 14 styles known, but the crafting GUI says 'learn style to unlock'0

Duckfather✭✭I've submitted a support ticket for this, although the in-game ticket procedure fails a bit on this. It's a problem with a Crown store item, but I couldn't choose that option as you need to click on the item to report the name and it's already been used at this point. So I had to just submit a general problem.
Fingers crossed I get a response soon
