Hello again, ZOS!

I'm actually posting on behalf of a friend who seems currently unable to create a forum account for himself, but I feel that I may or may not encounter this problem in the near future with a character of mine if I should choose to have them wear this particular item.

I speak of the Colovian Fur Hood and Colovian Filgreed Hood that came with the New Life Festival. In the images below, you'll see that the problem my friend and I are reporting is self-explanatory:

Normally, his character sports these features:


However, the moment that he tried on the Colovian Fur Hood, he noticed this:



As you can see, the use of the hood cropped his beard. While I haven't tried this same thing with any of my characters with beards, or the Filigreed version of the hood, I may still be inclined to think this is will be a similar case altogether.

Any help you can provide will be most appreciated, especially by my friend.
