    Purchase - 15 crate package, had crowns from black fredas
    4 crates containing a 5th bonus item
    4 duplicates (dwarf-style mage's hat 33 gems, Soul Shriven Leather Outfit 5 gems, Mind-Shriven Skin 33 gems, Storm Atronoch Aura 5 gems)
    3 Storm Atronoch items (+xp scroll) (Storm Atronoch Senche[4th crate], Storm Atronoch Aura[10th crate], Major Crown Crate Experience Scroll[13th crate])

    Totals:
    The Senche I wanted <333 RNGESUS (never spending money on these crates again, priceless)
    76 gems + 36 gems(from consumables) (enough for a legendary item)
    Consumables I didn't destroy - Crown Riding Lesson (3x speed, 1x capacity, 1x stamina), 3x xp scroll, 1x major xp scroll
    Pets: Helstrom Ancestor Lizard, Daedric Scamp
    Momentos: Storm Atronoch Aura
    Hats: Feathered Bycoket, Dwarf-Styled Mage, "Clever Man" Wizard

    I would also like to note that Mimic Stones are worth one gem each and the warrior/spellcaster potions are notably more valuable than other consumables. The Major xp scroll appears to be the most valuable at 13 gems, almost seems to low to me.

    I had a lot of success.

    Out of 200 crown crates, every third or forth go I got an apex reward. I got multple atronach repeats, along with the atronach senche, wolf, guar and camel. Not to mention countless other apex rewards like the red wolf mount and pup. I say the gold drop rate is pretty good.

    Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    I bought 8 crates, and, though I didn't count all of the consumables that I turned in for points (including a normal scroll and a major one), the permanent items were as follows: red pit wolf mount, red pit wolf cub, daedric scamp pet, windhelm wolfhound pet, one of the battlemage outfits, the evening gown outfit, the shriven leather outfit, the feathery looking argonian hairstyle thingy, shadow stripe markings, and the atronach aura/momento. I also have just shy of 40 crown gems that I can then turn into something I really want at a later point. I think I will be buying more in the future.

    all in all, I got a decent haul for only 3000 crowns.

    No, but looking around the forum I have the perception that most of people are getting 1 astro mount for every 15 crates. Thats pretty okay. Tho don't really mind me, my perception is biased and based purely in the comments that I'm actually reading. :D

    The conversion rate I think needs to be increased or the total needed for trade in be brought down. Who is going to be able to get 400 gems for the good stuff? Someone earlier opened up 30 boxes and only got up to 295 gems. Probably will have to open at least 45 ( 15k Crowns or $120 ) to get that many gems and by then someone ' should ' have some decent items to show for it.

    I dunno. The conversion rate and amount needed just seem off to me.

    All consumables seem to convert to 1 gem per reward, so if they were earned as 5 per roll you have to use all 5 for 1 gem.
    Overall quite dissapointed with these rewards considering all the duplicates and consumables and lack of Atronach items. Will not be buying crates again. Make all these cool looking unique mounts and stuff quest, dungeon, raid or achievement rewards instead please.

    I'd say, approximating the values of what I'd acquired for it from other similar items (as except for 2 of the pets and the evening gown, these were items I don't have prices on), I got about 4000 or more of value out of the permanent items, not to mention the almost 40 gems...all for 3000 crowns worth of gambling. So it was a reasonable deal, though I'm not going to spend excessive amounts on it.

    Yes i think the conversion needs to be tweaked a little as well and we also should be able to convert any of the racial stuff to gems as well... Why should i be stuck with a Kahjiet hair style if i don't even have any Kahjiet characters.

    Are you finding similar results reported in game? The sample size is really small here. If we can't get official numbers (which I find most irritating) a larger sample would be more reliable. If it's about 1 in every 15 and people buying them don't care which one they get, that's not terrible. Still not a thing I'm interested in, but a better deal than what we saw on PTS.

    Yeah it's at the top of the Green items list. It's of course very possible that something somewhere is different, as this drop list was taken from PTS. I haven't actually had chance to check yet whether the drop list on Live is the same or not.

    In the State of Ohio, spending real money on a speculative tangible or intangible item requires full disclosure including the monetary value of the prize or prizes. I hope they have a disclaimer when they introduce the crates,

    Except you never own anything in game. They are only letting you use a license to play their game. So you don't actually receive any item tangible or not. So that law doesn't apply here.

    Are crates releasing on all platforms today? Will buy some if so.

    Is anyone able to confirm that my complete drop list is actually correct? It should be possible to look in-game at the drop list, by clicking on the crate in the Crown Store and looking at "Contents" (or something like that).
