Any gap closer will bring him out of stealth even if they cloak before you used your gap closer.
Hurricane is good true, but its still a close proximity skill. The only skill that effectively makes a nightblade loose their ability to hide from a large distance is still mark target skill. Especially if ur in a group and a nb is trying to burst dps ur group in a 1vx, one mark on the guy pretty much stops him from escaping.

Bloody expensive skill and has a small proximity. In every instance there is no direct counter to nb stealth, everything has a small proximity. So the nb gets the advantage of first strike.
